Very bad service. They are not upto date with the current trends in the market, service wise or customer satisfaction wise. The customer service reps do not listen to what you want. They just do what they feel like doing. It is a waste of money to go here. No wonder most reviews provided here are from men.
I am regular customer to green trends and get my service with wangmo, she is excellent I love her service. But this time I went to different lady for pedicure she was pathetic, my cracks are still there doesn’t look like I got pedicures done. Salon and ambiance, cleanliness rest everything is great. Only I dint like this persons service. Earlier i had taken service from Pooja, that was my first time dint know much. But this time I had no choice left to go with this person.she was bad tht time and now also. Not happy with her service.
Everytime I take appointment during afternoon, this time I took evening around 7. But I had to go no option I asked for wangmo she was on leave. So had to go with Pooja.

EDITed on 16/03/2021: I visited Green Trends after a year, after lockdown. The setup is the same, soothing one. They are following guidelines of hand and foot sanitisation. Everyone wears a mask and handgloves. So no compromise on that. This time I got HairSpa and haircut done by Asif and he turned out really good. I was a bit apprehensive earlier about how will it turn out. 5 stars to Asif. =
Great services by Nawaz. I have been visiting this outlet of Green trends since a year now. I usually get hair spa and hair cut done. Nawaz is definitely the go-to person. The whole session of hair-spa and hair cut is so relaxing and it feels worth the money paid. The other staff is also good too, always smiling) I wouldn’t go to any other salon on Sarjapur road for sure.
Hair stylists are not that experienced and its safe for bald people coz no one is going to mess up with them. I had visited a month back for a normal hair cut and believe me it was a disaster but yes staff is good & good hygiene.if you are looking for good hygiene and bald then it’s a safe place for you.
