Avoid going here! On a weekday when you call for an appointment - they just ask you to come. Once you reach - you are made to wait for more than 30 mins. And they have no proper response - least bothered to even apologise.
Didn't like the services.they made me wait for an hour even after getting the prior appointment. Everytime there is a new guy for haircut.staff keeps on changing very frequently.few of the staff members are novice.stopped going there
Haircut service was great and Sohail did a very good job and did a good hairstyle and pretty knowledgeable guy on how and what kind of hairstyle suits us he knows pretty well. Had a good experience here.
Really good hair cut and beard trimming by Rizwan. He is very professional and once you tell him what you need he gets it immediately and does the job perfectly

I was served by Mariyam. She was absolutely great at the services. The decor is comforting. I didn't have an appointment but they were kind enough to accommodate me.
It is ultra expensive with no value for money. They charge you close to 800 for a haircut and also clal it advanced. It doesn't even feel like haircut. Very disappointed with the service. 2 star is also because I did some hair treatment which didn't make any sense. But just for the efforts. I think your service will entirely depend on who will be serving you. The lady at the reception and manager didn't do anything even after hearing this feedback with them.
No air circulation. AC was switched off citing keratin treatment by some order customer.they also impose safety kit for service which of no use in protecting against corona.if any customer insists than it is acceptable.
No professionalism at all. Even with prior appointments, they keep on saying 5 mins, 5 mins but their 5 mins is never over. They give appointments to multiple people for same time and then make customer wait for almost an hour. I had to leave seeing their unprofessional attitude.

Services are good and my stylist shalu was very professional and polite. The only thing I am not happy with is the management and their pricing Structure. Because few months back my frnd went there and got the services for lesser price with 20% of discount and yesterday when I went there for the same services they charged me way beyond more then her's, that to after 25% of discount. I immediately asked them that do you have any upgrade in price they said "no". Then I got really confused like "whats going on". So I personally feel cheated over there.

It's on the first floor. You need a prior appointment here. Staffs are very professional and does their duty well. Hygienic place. Recommended for all age groups and for unisex.

First it is the beauticians who are very good at their work. Always very polite and professional, respectful.
Second was outlet manager Arun he was very courteous, extremely hardworking professional, accomodating. Always happy to help.have never seen him sitting at his desk!
Always welcoming customers and always eager to help walk in customer. A very hardworking person. Always running around.

The new manager has no regards for who so ever walks in! The new manager doesn't gets up from his seat, nd no greeting to customer or mingling with customer. There is simple disregard for any one, he is stuck to his seat always.
Absolutely zero enthusiasm or eagerness towards his work and customers or following up with customers for their appointments. I had an appointment at 12 and I am getting a call at 3 pm from him after I returned from the outlet that would I be coming for my 12 clock appointment? So this is the following up new manager is doing, he doesn't know any thing about who is coming to salon?
This is not a good sign for an outlet which started off very good and now it's looking very bad. Hard earned reputation going downhill.
Mr. Arun the previous outlet manager had built a green trends which was customer friendly. It would be better to bring such hardworking people back.
