It was my first time at Green Trends. Honestly I felt my haircut was average, didn’t feel like something new or different, but this is subjective.

You can definitely give it a try. Best part is the membership which is a life time, you just have to pay 100 bugs and you have it.

Good staff, reasonable pricing! Although today’s experience was not worthwhile. The last 3 times, Rakesh attended me and it was great! He’s a Pro! Today there was some other guy Hitesh / Nitesh, I apologise, I don’t remember his name! Thin guy, he said he joined GreenTrends a month ago but has an overall experience of 5 years. He needs a lot of training. He doesn't know his way around scissors yet, he didnt even know how to blow dry the hair properly! I am not changing my rating basis the previous experience and am hoping that GreenTrends will take this in a healthy way and work on him!

My experience at Green Trends, Whitefield yesterday was amazing. Anitha the service person provided a wonderful, fulfilling service.her patience, kindness, helping tendency, elevated the experience to another level altogether.

Great and lovely service from Amrutha. I visited the salon today for pedicure and I left feeling very satisfied. Later Amrutha explained about the current offers very clearly and suggested me to choose the best among those. She have done a wonderful job and thank you so much. Will come back soon!

Fantastic experience provided by the professional, Mr. Muzammil was very patient and expert at his skill, provided a lot of suggestions and support wherever needed. Indeed was very well handled. Ms. Neeta also provided very good support to my mother for her services! Must visit place, special thanks to Mr. Deepak, Mr. Muzammil and Ms. Neetha.

I visited green trends for first time regarding Anti-Dandruff treatment. My technician (Rihan) is really experienced and explained full details about my hair after having detailed look. Good thing is he explains about the each task & its uses before he execute on us. In an overall I had an amazing experience. In recommend you try choosing Rihan as technician. Hoping team will continue the similar service in future also.

But trust me I felt like home at green trends especially Nita who made it possible and gave me an unbelievable makeover. Had being there for hair spa and color. Rajesh has done wonderful, beautiful job. Whenever I feel my hair is harsh, or needed color. (Using loreal) Can reach to them in advance and they can book ur appointment as per availability.
It's always best to book appointment and visit.for me that works.
There are lots of package available.
Will recommend Rajesh and his team to everyone.

Quality has gone down. They charged me for eyebrow shaping that they almost didn't do. That's because, i was not willing to check after every twist of the thread. Unfortunately, there are not enough good people around

Nitu has done the service awesome. Also the communication is good n humble. By looking into the hair type she has done the nice hair cut. As a whole, à good, neat place in this locality to opt for without hesitation.

All the decent workers are gone. It's left with really bad barbers now who will ask you 20 times "Is this fine? " and then end up doing a terrible job. Plus an appointment has no meaning here. I took an appointment and was kept waiting for more than 30 mins today. Ridiculously bad management and hair cut.

I spend nearly 1000 for hair cutting, it's not professional at all. That manager is so bekar girl. She feel like free she giving service.

Arbaz took real good care of me and made sure I got the look i wanted without compromising the synergy with my facial structure. He even went above and beyond and told me a few tips and tricks to take my hair style to a whole new level. 10/10 would recommend.

Edit 2 - some of the reviews do tell the front office lady is rude. So realising am not alone. Other prospective customers, please take note. And also I do not want to waste my time writing my worst experience on other websites. Already the reviews were poor there. So, want to post here where the reviews were decent so that people are aware of the unprofessionalism exhibited by that one lady at the front office. If I had an option to give negative rating, I would have happily done that.

Why do you need an Invoice mam? I just entered the salon. Your staff at the front office with an unwelcoming approach said the services are closed when there was still half an hour. Also mentioned you don't take walk ins when I myself have done a walk in once before. When I asked where is it mentioned that you don't take walk ins, she asks me "Have you come to fight"? Don't I have a better job than to waste my time talking to such poor customer care executives? Was I wrong in asking anything to her having come a long way thinking I can get my job done? I have been to other brands like Jawed Habib as well where the front office people are so respectful and always communicate in a courteous way in case they are not able to provide the service. This lady needs training from such places. When I asked if this is the way to talk to a customer, the response was "you can not talk anything because you are a customer and you can leave. " I am not a customer who believes in taking the rights in my hands just because am a customer. Anyways, your stylists might be polite, skilled but because of such unwelcoming staffs at the front, it becomes the best place to avoid rather choose many other options where you are welcomed or atleast not treated UNPROFESSIONALLY like your staff.

PATHETIC customer service especially from the lady sitting at the reception. Such a RUDE lady who doesn't know what front office and what customer service is. There are many salons better out there. Definitely no where close to the best for them to boast of such a lady who represents the brand. Will never visit this place again

Don't waste your time and money.staff are rude.specially sofia.and poornima.in the last 4 days.thrice i booked my Appointment.and they simply give my slot to somebody else.by giving some lame reason and excuses. Utter waste of time.these arrogant employee of yours r running this branch as if it their father's property.my advice.fire them right away.hiring random kids.one such name is imran.i had a hair cut with him in Feb.that was worst ever experience.also, they r just giving slot to somebody who's known to them.i clearly asked him by what time should i come.they said 12 nd 1 pm r vacant.i said 12 is ok.since i was running little late.because of traffic.i reached there at sharp 12.30.they said come tomorrow.is this the way to treat ur 2+ year consistent nd loyal.customer

I had a great experience with Rajesh, who was quite patient and understanding with my cut and styling expectations. He was also providing suggestions for a better-suiting haircut based on face cut, and that was really professional. No dumping of products or services, simple focus on what is best for the customer. Totally refreshing and pleasant!

I have been regular customer to this place. I like the service they provide, it's worth the money. Special kudos to Rakesh, who did my haircut, beard trim and facial.
He is very patient to listen to all your inputs and do it accordingly.please keep up the good work

Don't expect more here in hair cutting and beard.normal cutting they used to do.that can be achieved in normal saloon also.dont know abt hair straighting keratine and coloring how they do.its beeter to book appointments here before coming

I had a really good experience with my beauticians today, Nita and Anu. Both of them were cordial hospitable and best in what they do. I highly recommend Nita and Anu, if you are coming to whitefield Green Trends. They pampered me fully.

Got my haircut done from here. My Hair Dresser was Neeta she did amazing work on my hair got multi layer cut done, she works according to ur hair requirement. D staff is really humble nd gud. Would suggest ppl looking for haircut to surely go der nd ask Neeta for ur hairdo.

Stay away. I am a customer of green trends in Chennai. This place is really bad in terms of service and totally money minded.

First time I am hearing this definition that only if we take advance hair cut they will use machine else if we choose basic hair cut they will use only comb and scissors. They are literally forcing us to take advance hair cut for charging more money.

Moreover, they are charging 50 Rs. Extra for safety purposes which is totally not fair and trying to force to take additional services from them.

Totally lost the opinion on green trends and I am not gonna go to this place anymore.

It's been an amazing service. Wasim had great experience and amazing knowledge. It was one of the best spa to visit.

Today I got service with "Anu" n it was really great experience coz she handed me very gently n her service was too good.

I have been a regular customer with rakesh for the past few years. He has always done a brilliant job. Highly recommend.

This place is a value for money compared to other salons and it's maintained very clean and goes through COVID protocols. Has alot of varieties of treatments and hairstyling options.
Has friendly and professional staff. I was taken care by Wasim who's professional and very well behaved. Everyone is very well versed in what they do. Overall a good place to get your haircut.

Must go place for hair spa. I had a great hair spa by miss. Rani. The service is excellent. I had done my hair spa, waxing and threading. Rani had done great job for all the services I had taken. I had been to this place for multiple times for hair spa. Every time it’s a great result. Great work by green trends!

Did haircut and spa.they said one cost and in the reception she asks different for 2.5k they put gst of 18% after gst it goes 3.5k I asked them Bill but they never giving bill and saying it's gst.worst people I have never seen. Not recommend to go and hair fall is too high after visiting there.finally the reception people manipulate prices when we ask bill.still not provide and hair shape went with in a month.

Shaan is the guy you should ask for whenever visiting this place. I recently moved from Bengaluru and just walked into this place. Met this boy Shaan there with a big warm smile and loads of suggestions. Very impressed with his diligence
