Had an horrible experience …. I came to this saloon morning 8: 30. I was told to wait till 9: 30 I was under the impression that the person was in the reception and not a hair dresser … after waiting for 45 minutes the person started attending customer and started giving service to those he knew and then took appointment over the phone to offer service to some more customers … while he denied providing any service sighting reason that he only offers service to his old customer as he is a valuable resource here … overall very bad experience
The place is well equipped with quality staff and neat interiors. The staff are well knowledge and kind enough to explain details. I got haircut and dandruff treatment done by Danish. He was very friendly and is very knowledgeable on hair treatments.
I have been regularly taking service from Green Trends. I took Keratin treatment and haircut by Rihan and Ayesha this time in Bangalore. Good service and friendly nature, will meet clients expectations. Will recommend for sure at affordable price and service.
Been here for a haircut but decided to extend the service. The team is professional and they know what to do. Very knowledgeable and keeps us informed on what need done. Sahil was with me for around an hour and helped clarifying my questions while working with my hair. Highly recommended.

Took hair cut and hair colour service from Rihan, he is an expert and a very good person from heart. He has extensive knowledge about his work and gives good advice as well for your hail growth etc. Strongly recommend this place and especially Rihan for any salon service.
I went to green trends salon, seegahalli in August last week to get a hair cut. I told the stylist Malik that I need a haircut which will make my hair look more volume as I got a lot of hair loss during lockdown. He suggested me a spa for hairloss, but I didn't choose to do. Then while washing my hair for haircut, I enquired him about Keratin treatment. Then he started selling Keratin saying me that they are giving some offer nd I fell into it (my bad) and did Keratin treatment. Everything was OK for first few days, but after a week my hair started falling more than usual. I called the salon and informed, they told its normal for first 2 weeks bcoz of ironing of hair. After 3 weeks also I was having too much of hair loss. When I called they told me to come for a hairloss spa service which was given free. The stylist Malik while doing spa told me that hairloss is not because of their treatment but still they are giving me free service and at last he made me spend another 1500 rs for buying a spa cream saying that using that will reduce hair fall and asked me to wash my hair every other day as lot of oil is produced in my scalp (according to him). I did everything that he told for another 2 weeks and hair fall just increased. When I again called the owner of the salon, she arranged a call with GK expert (the product guy). I explained everything to him and got to know that they give clear instruction to salon on taking proper consultation and KERATIN SHOULD NEVER BE RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE WITH HAIR LOSS. And according to him applying spa cream and massaging (light messaging as per stylist instruction) just increased the hair fall and should have never be done. I was losing my hair mostly from back of my head which stylist was also aware. According to GK expert the reason for that can be because of the wrong application of the strong shampoo used before Keratin. I informed everything to the owner to which she said sorry for the mistake and asked me to be calm (what else she will say). I lost all the Keratin results in just second month (it usually last for 4 months atleast) because of frequent hair washing (instructed by stylist Malik). I lost my money and my hair. I have lost half of the volume now. I am already taking biotin and vit E from last 2 months and going to go to dermatologist. I Lost more than 10k and my hair volume. I asked for my money back as am at all loss because of their mistake. But obviously they won't give me. She told she will give free services later. How will I trust them for any services now after what they have done to my hair. Please don't fall into any of their offers without doing proper research (that was my mistake) and without proper consultation or else one will end up going through all the stress and losses and they have nothing to lose. Please do not choose this place for any kind of hair treatments. The stylists here doesn't have any proper knowledge about the treatments.
I’m very happy with my haircut which was done by Mr. Sahil. He was very understanding and professional he gave the outcome which I was looking for I’m really happy with the service. I would recommend Sahil if your looking for a creative hairstyling
Got head massage and facial done from here. Head massage was good but I thought facial was done quite fast. Usually the face cleaning and scrubbing is where the time is spent. However my stylist didn’t spend enough time or at least I thought so.
I m very happy with my hair cut which was done by Mr. MALIk.he gives very good hair cut for me but main important thing is my hair is very thin and less volume also but even in this type of hair he did very good job.so I think this is very important if someone is having thin and less volume then also Malik can do nice hair cut
This is the third time I am facing a poor experience here. Their quality has come down drastically and now it seems to be run by few incompetent people. Sad that I had to find a better place goimg forward.
Good Service, clean with all precautionary measures in place. But a bit pricey even with membership.
Also they don’t provide GST bill but collect GST on the service. This is a trend across all Green Trends Salon. They do some kachcha bill and never provide proper bill. Prertt fishy stuff on billing part only.
I had visited this place two days back. The service was good but at the time of payment was card was not working. So, I got a number from the receptionist and made the payment through GPay once I reached home. But, the receptionist did not send the Bill details to me yet. I called them thrice, she mentioned she has send the bill but I havent gotten it yet. Hence, I provided her with my mail ID but I havent received the Bill copy. How is it not possible for me to receive the bill when I have given my mail id and phone number correctly! I believe the receptionist gave her Gpay number and scammed the money, which is why she is not sending me the bill. Anyways, will not visit this place again because they do not have professionalism.

Great service. The professionals are polite and give good suggestions as per your requirement. I got a manicure from Ms. Shikha.she was very polite and did a great job. And got a keratin smoothening from Rehan and Mallick and the service was great. Right from the beginning they kept a constant check if the water was too hot on scalp and the straightening iron did not touch the skin. I have been to other Salons and the professional usually don't care about such things. Overall great experience.
I took keratin treatment at Green trends. Ayesha attended me for that. And must say after a long time I have come across such a professional who takes care of the treatment with full patience and quality. My hair is more healthier and silky. I would love to come again.

I came for the hair straightening it was nice experience it was too good the staff here are neat and organised in this pandemic. Rihan is good asset here. He suggested nice hair cut to me/my kid which looks apt based on face shape. He also suggested very good shampoo/repair mask/serum & face wash. I could see improvement in hair quality and could control the hair fall after using them for a month.
Here beauticians are very professional and polite by behaviour. I am Highly recommending Green trends, segahalli branch. Looking forward for having more services form here. Thank you Green trends for providing wonderful service. Special thanks to Martha and sikha.
Its my first time visiting a saloon. The barber was great he cut the way I wanted and they washed my hair before I did it. First time visiting so it felt weird. The receptionist was ok. She looked quite busy and didn't wanted to be bothered. Also they keep telling you to get a membership. They provided me with the best quality treatment but the price is a bit too much. Rs. 425 for shave and haicut is a bit much but luckily I had that much cash on me. Would I recommend it, yes only if you got cash to spend.
