Block A and Block B Occupancy Certificate We have taken separately and Block C which is Club house area is ready to hand over to society. After this You will get complete OC also. As per the govt policy Khhath can be applied only after that. Process already started. Spreading bad mouth wont help anyone of us. Whatever we committed we will deliver. We have RERA guidlines to follow for process completion and we are on it. We (Landowner and Builder) all are available for discussion and kept ourself accessible to all of you. We bought 3BHK flat for 1.6 crores with a host of amenities promised at the time of booking early 2016. It included club house, gym, swimming pool, badminton court and a few others. It's been almost 2.5 years since the occupancy certificate has been issued by authorities and most of residents living here for more than 2 years but none of the above mentioned amenities are delivered. What more, none of the builder representatives come and attend the unfinished work. Some of civil work quality is pathetic. There is a lot more to write for example, residents have started dealing with maintenance, accounts etc. Green City didn't form the flat owners association and there was no proper handover with residents have to fend for themselves for basic necessities including electricity connections from BESCOM. Needless to say there is no accountability and no committed dates for completing the unfinished work.

It's a newly launched building and also the flats are very beautiful to see because it's a awesome place in BTM and it's best appartement in BTM near to the police station and also for every physical needs the safety is more secure here it's the best place in and awesome palace ️️️️️

Excellent location. Well planned. However amenities are yet to be finished. Very close to BTM udupi garden.

BTM lacks decent projects cause of the kind of stop gap crowd it caters to. This is probably the best around.

Location is on the verge of two kinds of crowds. Between the normal residential and the PG area. So don’t expect great views around. Block B and C are still under construction in the time of this review. Hopefully the end product is the delight which was promised at the beginning.

Only project around BTM 2nd stage with decent amenities like club house, swimming pool, open space with children play area, jogging track and major indoor games at club house and outdoor games inside the campus.

8. Good rental income because BTM 2nd stage is centre for all IT hubs like Electronic City, Whitefield, Kalyani tech park JP nagar, Bhannerghatta road, etc etc.
