Greenland estate homestay

Worst. Dont go by photos, its very worstly maintained.
Beds, doors, cuboards are rotting with fungus.as soos as we entered the house smell of fungus stench was so strong.
Good we didnt stay much in the room. Just opted for a night for sleep.
But even for this room he had charged so high price. 9000rs

TOTALLY WORTHLESS

First thing you cannot reach to the room with a vehicle, Even smaller rains damage the path to the room. You will be charged extra even to have drinking water here.

SAFETY: If you want to sleep peacefully avoid it cuz the building is not at all how you see in pictures. You don’t know when the ceiling will fall on you.

CLEANLINESS: The beds and sheets you are too old and smells like rotten eggs. If you are still going to stay here. Carry your own beds and sheets.

OWNER: All he want is to get money. He will loot you in every possible way he can.

Rooms are bad getting bad smell, will say expensive and not worth.dont believe in the photos, its completely different.cant park if it is raining.

I have visited this homestay with my friends, its the worst stay we have ever stayed. No electricity, no hot water, maintenance was not good at all. So many insects are there. Parking was also not available. All the things in the stay will be like they are about to fall. Don't believe the pictures on the internet.

Worst place, never visit, owner or the gate keeper not sure has zero knowledge on how to run a homestay, it's better if you stay in you're car than this place

NO MUSIC after 10.30 PM, NO CAMP FIRE.
Owner (Riyaz) is very rude and he abused us in filthy language.
No parking space. No proper food options.

The 1st time that I am writing a bad review in for any place. Visited this homestay with my friends, our experience was not at all good.
Because of the unexpected behavior from the host.
They have a big management problem, which caused us to loss a hefty amount of money.
Nothing was organised properly. Neither the home, nor the system.in spite of charging heavy amount (the meals are included but also not mentioned at the time of booking), No snacks was provided, even cost for the tea/coffee was also charged separately.
The owner of the house was very rude and unprofessional.

Homestay has own set of rules which is neither informed nor mentioned anywhere - camp fire and music is not allowed after 10: 30PM, which ruines the whole purpose of visiting an Homestay. We tried cancelling the booking for same reason, our whole group was abused badly by OWNER and his friends advance paid was not refunded. Please never visit or recomend such homestay to any of your friends.
Owner Riyaz is very rude and has no idea on how to run an Homestay.

No firecamp is allowed after 1030, owner riyaz is very rude doesn't not to interact with the customer.

Good for stay rooms are excellent home made food is a excellent enjoy the bonfire good service its fabulous

Very quite place. Facilities have been freshly renovated and the food provided is excellent thanks to the local chief. Highly recommended!
