Had booked package to tirupathi, Driver and Guide hopeless, rooms provided worst, Not at all happy

Hopeless travels and service.
Guides are very rude irresponsible and don't know timely service.

We had very bad experience on traveling from Bangalore to Connor on 6th May 2023 (Non AC sleeper) boarding time 10.45pm from Madiwala. When the bus stopped for a break early morning in Mettupalayam, without observing whether all passengers are in the bus the driver took off leaving back my husband and son.
On repeated request he denied to stop the bus my husband and son had to struggle to reach destination. Avoid these inconvenience to other passengers in future and kindly educate your staff.
Consider this complaint as serious issue.

Never book upper berth seats U7,8,9 as the AC compressor is running with irritating sound all night. And for this they are charging 1500 per seat which is not at all fair.

It was nice place staff and the services, hope will do the best in future with their costomers,

Travels is Good and also Thirupathi Package is good But Travel Guide Mr.is very bad.
He is money peaking. And comminision agent

Please provide proper information and facilities to customer. No umbrella during rainy weather, No wash room, quite dangerous since transformer near by, in Red bus - Live tracker reflected Bus arrived 20 mins before boarding time but actually bus was still in transit and was delayed 30 mins than boarding time. None of charging points and lights in Bus were not working.

I had worst experience, 1.the driver dropped me at pondicherry bypass road instead of tiruvannamalai bus stop, he is not called me at tiruvannamalai bus stop and not checked with sheet, suddenly I noticed that I am out of tiruvannamalai, he said to get down somewhere. 2. My seat is partially wet before start my journey because of heavy rains, I asked to change my seat but he is given one used bedsheets to cover, 3. No water bottle provided, 4. Mobile charger is not working at entire bus because of no inverter, it felt very inconvenient

Booked the bus package from Bangalore to tirupathi, would never suggest this bus / travels for anyone. They did not provide us water bottle, no proper hotel to fresh up, no proper food, the guide given for us was unprofessional and demanded for money with all passengers after the place was visited. Kindly take an second option before booking this travels.

Iam traveling in 24/09/2021 night 11: 30 pm ban to Coimbatore sleeper but bed is full water iam told bus cleaner person he is not responce and he is tell her only u sleep and he talk more very very worst person NL01B1561

Something seriously wrong in their server. I had booked ac bus from red bus and got message from green line that non ac bus is booked. I was charged for ac bus and not provided any refund. Despite showing them mail from red bus that it was for ac bus, they insisted the booking was for non ac. Several others also are facing same issue with green line. DON'T BOOK THIS BUS

It wasn't good. While going they changed the bus from AC to Non AC and didn't refund and while coming didn't receive any updates only. And again they changed the bus from AC to Non AC and didn't refund the amount.

During these pandemic period bus was in poor hygiene condition.
1) Bed spreads were not washed.
2) Bus was not sanitised.
3) Not provided control switches for individuals seats.
Only positive things is that the Guide was good.
Finally management should look into maintain hygiene atleast to provide worth for the cost paid.

First time travel in a private (non-KSRTC) bus to Tirchy and in a sleeper bus too. Had a comfortable trip. Thank you.

Bangalore to Coorg bus is very old.
Bed was not straight. Windows were not working properly.
Timing is fine.

Really disappointed! We were supposed to be picked up by 9: 05 and the bus already left at 9 without notice. They we had to take another cab to get to the main bus. We booked a non ac bus got an ac bus with the ac off as expected however we were not able to open the windows for the same reason. It was really suffocating.

I have travelled Bangalore to Tirupathi on 20th of August in Green line travels. The main reason for writing this review is The driver Mr. Ramesh. I alone travelled on that day, Mr. Ramesh has taken care of me like a family member. Hats off to his service.

The sleeper berths are very badly designed, it is congested and not suitable for even average height (5.3 ft) adults. If Passengers can't stretch their legs what is the point in travelling in sleeper bus.

Dear Green Line travels, redesign and rearrange the berths and charge 20% more money. Sleeper buses are meant to travel relaxed by stretching leg and sleeping during the journey. Make sure you guys provide that basic necessity of a sleeper bus.

It was an good experience with GLT.beds are more comfortable and my suggestion is to give water bottle for every person who are in travelling.

I had booked AC bus from Bangalore to Raichur. They suddenly changed the bus and said original bus is cancelled.
What they did not inform is from AC to Non AC they made.
Such an unprofessional and worst behavior of Greenline Travels.

Greenline travels is very good for safety and time accuracy.and driver's are polite towards passengers.

Worst travel agency in the world.staff are so rude.
They cancel bus ticket everytime at the end point of boarding without any notice.
I would not recommend everyone to take any service from greenline agency. They will ruin all your important travel plans.

No aminities, you'll get blanket, pillow, full AC, not much space for keeping footwear, average cleaning

Better than anyother travels I travelled.the only travels which is designed for customer comfort and satisfaction.but sometimes driver doesn't pick up the call

Its west traveling in this bus, no coordination and no take care to to bad I never recommend to any one and I n my life time I won't travel in

Ok understand one thing. Its a bus not your bedroom with all the luxury. Its cheap but very clustered. If you hate small spaces you're gonna be miserable. Cause i couldn't sleep for 13 hours. But I'd say when you don't have any choice go for this.

We booked the Greenline for tirupathi darshan. The departure time is 8.30 pm and we reached there on time but they made us to wait for 2 hours. The Greenline office also not properly visible to road. After 2 hours wait we left Bangalore and reached around 4 o clock in the morning. They provided the rooms for fresh up but rooms are not properly maintained. They provided breakfast and that also average. After darshan, again we went to same hotel and had lunch which is fine and we reached Bangalore on time.
Overall they maintain their timing but buses and their hotel management need to improvement.

Travel agency is good but choice of hotel and guide is terrible.
Guide tries to mint money from other ways like ticket printout (30/- per ticket for one page), double the amount of Prasad which you can get directly.

Bus is good. Hospitality is also good. They reach on time and have 3 restroom breaks. It is slightly expensive.

The staff is good not excellent but good.the bed and the blanket were full of bugs. Not even cleaned once

Bus is very clean and tidy but staff is not co-operative final moment of going my seat number changed I asked for what I booked seat they told if you want that seat we will change the date of trip, I have already planned my office leave for that day what I booked finally they gave last seat I have adjusted and finish the trip

Congested due to having many traveller's to different places.

But the staff is very attentive to you.

Sites were nice, but my experience traveling in this bus was very bad, first the A/C was OFF in the A/C Bus for the whole night and even the bus broke down in the middle, it's been very bad experience in this bus, the stuff are very careless.

Service was amazing, Bus is maintained well and very clean and Special thanks Mr Dinesh who was very supportive during entire journey.

First experience and it was bad. The bus was delayed for 40 minutes. Not friendly staff. Driving was not safe.

One of the worst service providers in travels. Please guys dont use this service. They are delayed 2 hr in pickup itself and we suffered in night, we have a 2 small baby with us and they are slept in street. There is no space in office and the greenline people are talking very rudely that, all buses are late sir and wait till we say. I told them atleast give us a space for children in office but they are not responding. Guys it's very bad experience.

Soo bad experience. We travel majestic to Tirupati balaji temple. Driver drive bus soo badly we fallen down from our sleeper seat and when we go to talk with driver that time we recognise that drive is drunk and he is not understanding what we are saying

We traveled from Ooty to Bangalore on 24th July by Greenline Travels and Holidays, Non-AC sleeper coach, BusNo: KA01AK0456.
Driver drove the vehicle with a speed of 85-90 KM/H in ghat road, 95-100 in NH road. Due to this speed, we faced lot of inconvenience. Driver denied to stop when My wife did vomiting. Driver was very rude with us.
We have informed Thiruppur dist police.

I also request Greenline Travels and Holidays, to take action on this.

Extremely rude and uncultured staff. Speak the worst of language amongst themselves and customers. Basically gave 2 phone numbers. The two drivers spoke two different languages and were not explaining what has to be done. Later we realised that there was a shuttle bus to the main bus and the shuttle took two hours to get to the actual bus. The worst experience because the conductor while walking in the aisle stamped my bag (the bus is a 18 seater shuttle.)

Terrible travel company where the buses don't even bother dropping the customer where they are supposed to at the destination town

I Rate them 5* because their bus is very clean and in time service talking about non ac sleeper for bangalore to mundargi and wise versa, but only problem is their office is small, and sitting arrangement for customer has to provide in large, and they booking schedule is days are very less- like now i booked for mundargi on 18th but for return on 19th green line bus service is not showing, so my request is they should extend the days.over all i request all travelers or passengers to keep bus clean when they are using because when we are boarding they give us very clean.i thank all green line staff and owners made our journey peace and joy full.keep the good thing and support greenline travels to do more good things and provide more comfort for travelers.love you green lines.

It's pathetic response we got from this travels I have booked tickets for 18 people I wrongly selected the dates this guys doesn't have any courtesy to talk proper to customer and give solutions after taking money, big money minded people waste management waste travels never go to this travels giving rate one star I don't have any option I need to give them minus guys please make sure don't ever believe online bookings it's really money suckers

The way they treat you is priceless. They provide the basic amenities like snacks and water bottle. The environment inside bus is very nice with green lights on. I traveled once. Cost is a bit high.
