Scam artists. I booked bus from coimbatore to bangalore. But bus came 45 min late, no helper to keep luggage in storage had to keep near bed blocking path, driver was rude, AC did not work and they told they'll refund but even after 6 calls and two weeks they did not refund

Helpline partner is a Joke. I called about enquiring the bus timings as it was running late by 1 hour. The helpline partner was rude and did not respond on any phone numbers after my first call. When i called from other number they took the call. Neither The details regarding tracking nor the bus Number was not shared to me. Worst experience ever. If you value your time, please dont go for this bus service.

Not a safe bus for female travellers. Even after complaining to redbus they are trying to support their own staff’s (cleaner’s) misbehaviour.

My wife took travel in this week.she missed to take her handback when she got down at Bangalore. But the staff got the bag and handed over intact 100% with valuables inside. We find it very safe to travel with Greenline. The staff are very courteous and polite too! Kudos to staff like Mr Anil Kumar who helped get the bag back intact! We are thankful to Greenline. Our family's preferred one to travel for the past about 4 years!

Good sleeper bus for an overnight journey. Reached Gokarna on time but the return bus to Bangalore was delayed. Nevertheless good service, provide water bottles and stop for washrooms as well.

Overall good experience traveling to Gokarna. Special shout out to driver Manju. I had forgotten my trekking poles in the bus but I contacted Manju by phone and he secured them, until I collected them half a day later from the bus.

I have taken a trip from Hyd to Hospet and back to Hyd, the bus itself is clean and seat is very cozy. I wonder which cushioning materials they use!

Also I had to carry my cycle from Hospet to Hyd and they managed to get it in full shape to Hyd for just 400/-

Never ever book with these people pathetic bus service. They will take money of ac bus and run it as non ac.the seats were completely wet, there ac was leaking, I paid for double sleeper and travelled in cabin because there was no other seat available and they didn't even refund my money. I filed a complaint against them on consumer forum, people who give importance to reviews.never ever book with this travel company. They will not care about customers and taking money for services which they didn't fulfill. I demand a full refund for my bus booking and they did not give so I am adding reviews on every platform possible so people will get aware about their quality of service. Pathetic service

This travel agency not even deserve a signal star. I was cheated by this agency. Booked Bangalore to ooty bus services and my pickup point was marathalli kalamandir. I was present 1 hour prior to the provide timing and waiting for the bus for prolong 2 hours. The ph number of the bus driver provided by the operater was coming as switch off and greenline office ph are comming as busy and they are not even picking my call. When I finaly able to contact with them they said bus was left and reached to madiwala. Driver was lied that he given a call to me but I didn't recieved a single call from bus drived nor from greenline service oparator. When charged to driver he conface that he didnot stop in Marathalli kalamandir. After asked for refund they are not even recieving my call not even acepting there fault. I was asked them to show the caller list to me as I will be assure that they call me but they are unable to provide that where I can share my call history to them. Such a cheater company, please be aware from this agency.

It was one of the worst bus rides ever. First off, they called us saying they would pick up in a minivan and drive us for 2 hours down hill. The minivan came in an hour late. It was cramped, with barely any space to fit in our legs.

Next leg, we are stopped at a restaurant, saying the connecting bus will come in an hour or so. We wait for an hour, in the night without any signs of the bus. After a long wait, the bus finally arrives, but we are refused to go into the bus, because the bus driver and conductors need to get off and go for a while. We again wait for almost 30 mins after which we are allowed in the bus, mind you all this at 11 in the night. Finally we go on to the bus and there are no blankets in the bus? The conductor says we can't provide any blankets. All this, after paying a premium price for the bus ticket.

I will not recommend GreenLine Travels as a bus option even as a last resort to any one

This is the worst bus i ever booked. The behaviour with the ladies and kids is not good when they are travelling alone. 100% avoid them.

Rude behaviour staffs are so impolite never give even correct location of the boarding point. Even after paying 1850 for a ticket there was no direct pick up and they provided a pick up van which was pathetic jam packed no seat even to sit. Never will opt for green line travels.

The most worst assistance by the driver and the conductor. The most arrogant people at your service

Worst part was the drive from pickup point to the outskirts of banglore where the bus stops. It was so horrible. We were scared for our lives. It was like living a scary horror movie. The pickup bus was a small van with all stuffed and decorated eerie plushtoys. The driver was really rude and drove like a madman. And he played horrible loud music the whole time. I would not recommend the drive if you value your life.

Wost travels ever.they can't wait even 5 min. Dont choose if u want some supportive service.no tracking system.they don't even give bus driver no.bus no.

Worst travels i have ever experienced. Please be very careful while choosing them. Their drivers can just drop you anywhere in midnight and least bothered if there is any aged or ladies is there or not.i wish no body should have this kind of experience ever.

RS40000 loss because of this travels, you will be in unsafe hands, if you take their serivces. Driver is arrogant, rude and Mercy less and miss behaved

I request everyone don't prefer green line especially marathalli Bangalore branch. Personally I have faced dangerous situation, seriously no one should face this problem.
Travel agency people are irresponsible and, with out any concern. Travel agency people didn't responded and didn't arranged any alternate vehicle.

Worst service.poor management. Rude team. They forgot people to pick from their boarding point and call then to another boarding point by saying sorry. No customer support. Don't chose Green line

Service is not good. Bus will Never on time. Staff are not friendly. They switched off the AC every time.

Coming from TIRUPATHI Mercedes Benz was booked and after 30 minutes drive the ac stopped functioning. Driver was helpless and even after complaining they refused to replace the bus. Very horrible service as they did not even have basic equipment for repairing. Kids are having suffocation in the bus. Next time any one be very careful while travelling with these guys. Please go through the reviews specially wen travelling with the family.

Bus time was 1515 from TIRUPATHI.

Management should actually refund the money completely if they are humans.
