It was and pleasant journey, on top of that bus was very clean from curtains to pillow to even bedsheets and blankets.

Pick up delayed by an hour and a half. No clear communication from the agency. Pick up stop in the middle of nowhere at electronic city.

I had booked tickets on red bus and had to cancel the tickets for some reason. They couldn't cancel the tickets as per their policies and told us that the green line people aren't allowing to cancel the tickets. I called up green line office and they canceled the tickets and booked new ones without slight hesitation.

Excellent service.nice maintenance and good service.they even give wakeup call.live tracking facility and maintaining scheduled time.

These guys are purely money minded. They will cancel the booked ticket if the fare is hiked for some reason.also they changes time of the bus according to their requirement. I have gone through some reviews and from that interesting point is free water bottle! Cost of the bottle is 10 Rs. Cant we buy outside.come on guys grew up.there is no option to give '0' hence i am giving one star.

I take this Travels from Madiwala, Bangalore to Tirchy found to be good so far - cooperative staff - they even give snack & water bottle.

Not time keeping properly. Very slow and unnecessary too many stops for short break.
I have reached 1 hour delay to Pondy due to their service.

Absolutely love this travel and their service. They are making us to feel the "travel is an art of life".

Rude pick up driver at madiwala.
Was blasting music in the pickup vehicle at madiwala at very high level. When I asked him to reduce the volume because my baby was crying he was very rude.
Not ideal for young families. My two cents!

This travel agent is always lie don't travel they say they will leave 7pm but left 9pm waiting for people to come in to book. On the whole way stopping for no reason for long time. They says 6 hrs but took 8to 9 hrs.

I have travelled from Hosur to Chennai. Travel time was 3.30 hrs less than normal time which was around 5 to 6 hrs.

Booked Tirupati package. Worst experience, Bus not upto mark. They have no transparency towards customer even if we asked smething they will not reply properly. Also the guide in tirupati which is local from there is fraud. He frauded many customer saying pay 500 rs for 3 prasad laddu as you will not get inside.while speaking he used foul languages and will hurry unnecessary for all the activities.

Worst service ever I booked them from Bangalore to Tirupathi package they called me few hours ago and said the bus we booked will come late and changed the bus and delayed the time till 11pm and said us to arrive at 10: 30
We were on time now from 10: 30 it’s all most 12: 30am we are sitting out for the bus there is no proper sitting facility we are following up them asking were us the bus they are just 5 more minutes
There are 3 ladies to who are still sitting out because no seats inside and bus has no address where is it and finally I guess we are gona climb the bus at 1 or 2 am mid night worst travels will never recommend them to anyone and if you are with family then please do think of your family before booking them

Punctual buses that cover a wide variety of routes between Bangalore and different parts of Tamil Nadu. Office is clean and comfortable, but like all public toilets, this one is best avoided. You can either wait outside and check for the bus using tracking or wait inside for the people in the office to announce each bus.

They are frauds. Don't go by the photos in redbus. Their ac buses are not at all good. Very bad experience.

Booked my trip to Tirupati via MMT of GreenLine Travels And Holidays, the bus was supposed to reach my place at 11: 56pm however the bus was one and half hour late, when called GreenLine Travels, the executive had no idea where the bus was and kept telling 5mins the bus will reach, customer service was pathetic, at one call he told me to catch a rickshaw and go to my home back and he will cancel the ticket, The worst experience, would never book my tickets again to make my trip.
Make my trip should have a provision to track the bus online and also customer care service from their side.
