The bus is to good and they take care of the passengers. The driver Gowriesh is well experienced driver

Horrible experience while travellling from Udupi to blr. The bus staff was rude and zero empathy when a femal traveller requested for emergency rest stop. Even when there are multiple hotels available the driver didn’t bother to stop and was very rude. Their support lines hardly works. The rude behaviour literally taken me back and had to drop off at mangalore.

They'll not provide real greenline buses.
Buses are non Volvo and unclean, and smell very bad, go with Asian Express buses with them I had a much better experience

There should be homestay on this location. It's mark wrong on the maps. And the homestay which is located on this place is good but they are making fool to us therefore please alert while checking the rooms because we did it for only 1 night so we can't see the chair that was break so when we check out after some time we got a call from honestay and they said to us that you broke the chair. They argue with us we said to them that we didn't after sometime it was not our fault but we have refunded 500 rs for 1 chair. So I requesting all of you that you have to check all the room.

The bus journey was decent, however none of the charging points were working. Despite the conductor and driver being friendly and helpful, would probably not travel again in Greenline due to the below average maintenance of the buses.
