Joined this hospital for dengue treatment.this hospital is very convenient for the people staying around Koramangala, HSR.you can find good expert Dr s especially physician, pedestrian etc. Treatment Drs and duty Drs are very professional. Nurses, staff, ayamma attendance are really super and did commendable job and highly appreciated. Room, service maintenance is fine but required little improvements on replacement of old ACs, and suggesting to provide mini fridge for the high end rooms. My experience here for a week stay ends pleasantly and returned home happily.

Pretty terrible experience. Had to wait for the doctor for more than 2 hours even after an appointment and as he comes he asks me some personal info that did not have any relation to my issue and on top of that wasted 30 mins on what should've normally taken 10 mins.

One thing i forgot to add, the doctor was really rude too, attempted to mock my issue and downplaying it as just another small case.

If this is the way the staff treat their patients here, how can we certify that the doctors here are legitimate or not.

Very bad management. They waste patients time. Appointment slot booking is very inefficient. They reschedule the appointment without giving proper intimation and then make wait for hours.

Worst management, reception staffs are unprofessional. Worst hospital i dont recommend for anything innthis hodpital. I booked through practo consultation with Dr Sharath Kumar. The hospital managment is saying we are not merged with practo. How it is possible to link with practo without knowing to hospital. And they are telling you can book but payment should be done here.

Never go here. They need only money. I repeat never never go her for any consultation.

This is an average hospital with much higher than average rates, staffs are not so experienced. May be good for an emergency service as they have observation/emergency facility and not recommended for any major illness

Hospital is good but some sister behavior so bad iam moumita patient 3rd floor when we calling sisters they are not coming.one night sister is there i hope her name rekha desai.and she know all language hindi kannada gujrati panjabi hariyani and her behavior is so good smoothly she talk.its good for hospital.full night she caring my baby. Wanted to share my experience with hospital, very nice hospital and management is also good.had a best experience with hospitalisation. @Dr. Jyothi treated me very well.the staff was also kind hearted.

Staff members: day staff is good, however hospital should work in night staff members and hire more experts staff than they have now.
Hospital: hospital should bring more facility and renovations on building rooms and swing given for baby. Should be more fancy and delivery is very happy experience for mom and dad so give some more fun like playing decoration in baby birth some gifts and all.

We had undergone laparoscopic surgery and because of complications had to go for an open surgery at Greenview Hospital recently. The surgery was conducted smooth and the doctors expressed their skills at the best. We immensely thank Dr Aachi, Dr Guruprasad, Dr Stella and the nursing staff.

We wanted to also mention the support and kindness of Leela ma'am. She was very patient to answer our queries, help us get appointments on time, clear our doubts offline on consultation with doctor, which helped us to get answers fast and relax during the surgery time. I would like to share our experience with this hospital. Firstly the pharmacy people gave a wrong medicine and we had to go back to the hospital and change it and the treatment they have given is not up to the mark. We have spend more than 700 (fever, cough and cold) for medicine only. The local clinics are for better than the so called big multispecialty hospital.

Plz don't admit any patients to this hospital, my friend got small hed injury when we admit him they are saying he got brain injury and it costs 50k more, nd there bed charge itself 15k rs only for one day, I just shifted my friend to another hospital and they charged only 2k rupees, he gets ready and my friend was in the GMC hospital only for 1hr and they did only basic treatment and charged 7k rupees

This hospital is not good for middle class people. Even for small injury they will charge huge amount.for followup and redressing also they will charge huge money. Recommend to visit this hospital if you have enough money in your pocket

I had called to enquire about vaccination. The lady on the call was rude and just cut the call in between before we could enquire more.

Horrible experience! Went in to get the dressing checked and the emergency room staffs wer not sure what to be done! The nurse or hoping he is a nurse didn't know how to put on the plaster on the wound. Made me buy gauze and gloves bt didn't use them! They kept it for themselves. On the 13 th feb night when we went to the emergency ward for the injury on head the staffs wer good and cooperative. But on the 16 th feb morning they wer new faces and was terrible at their job!

Very bad experience. Money minded hospital. Before asking patients what happened to them, they ask money.very bad service too.first they made to wait for giving receipt for lab test, when I went near lab, lab people went to have lunch more than one hour.for RT-PCR they charge 1200/- n they give report after 48hours. That too we need to keep on calling, to know our report.

Very bad experience, people are suffering and all they are giving antibiotics and general medicines instead of saying to refer a specific doctor.
My friend was lil ill and they made it look so serious and asked her to admin immediately, which made us tensed to what happened.

Very professional setup- we had a very pleasant experience and the nursing staff were warm and caring - special call out for dr.achi Ashok, dr. Arun and nursing specialist Leela - comfortable set up for parents also.

Great experience with second dose of Covishield. No unnecessary wait time and there is ample space in the waiting area to ensure social distancing.

We have been taking advice from Dr. Achi ashok on my wife's pregnancy & from day 1 my wife has received best advice & treatment and we had a baby with normal delivery.
Right advice at right time is what every patient look for & that's what we got. Also the attendants are very cooperative. Leela Sister/Nurse always helped us lot, whenever we ask something over call or in person she never hesitate to answer.

We have been taking advice from Dr. Achi ashok on my wife's pregnancy & from day 1 my wife has received best advice & treatment. These days doctors try to give lot of medicines to patients but throughout pregnancy tenure our doctor kept my wife away from medication as much as possible.

Very disappointed. CT scan doctor are not punctual they give the appointment time @2: 30pm but will have to wait more than hours for doctor to come hospital and this is not very first time I faced the issue, it happens with us several times.

Got admitted with issue of kidney stone, Doctors and sisters are responsive, Treatment was good and results are fine, however it is touch expensive for below average class people.

I was tested covid positive 2 weeks back and was in critical position. Thanks to Ashok sir and Mamatha madam to admit me within a very short duration. My Spo2 levels was very low and was on oxygen support from day 1 of hospitalization. Thanks to Dr. Vijay Kumar, Dr. Srikanth and all other duty doctors that closely monitored and treated me with utmost care. The nursing staff is very caring and respond immediately despite the huge number of patients that they have to handle. Housekeeping staff is excellent and made sure the rooms are cleaned multiple times a day.
Overall, timely treatment and the excellent care provided by the entire team from Greenview helped me to recover quickly from my critical condition. Thank you Greenview. Please continue the good work.

Tried for vaccine appointment at 4 different hospitals.while others were mostly apologetic in tone to convey non availability.greenview receptionist behaved as if I asked to transfer her private property for free.be compassionate and learn soft skills.we aren't begging nor you guys running philanthropy.will never visit the hospital.

Dr. Vijay Kumar from GreenView Medical Centre is the god sent lifesaver for me. I was tested Covid positive and very critical condition, Dr Vijay Kumar and his team did a wonderful treatment to get me out of the danger. Dr Vijay Kumar’s focused approach and his timely intervention during each and every intermediate critical stage help me to be a “REBORN” person.

NEVER NEVER go here unless it's your last choice. Extremely money minded and rude Dr. Sudhindra who is totally uncaring about patients.

Reconsider going here even if it's just to die in peace. Two experiences and both times without a choice we went there and they provided terrible treatment and extorted money from us. KEEP AWAY from here and that Dr. Sudhindra who is a total fraud trying to steal from each patient.

I came here for my first delivery in 2011.the doctors are good and they treat you well.today I delivered my second baby. Dr Achi ma'am and Stella ma'am are awesome doctors who will guide u throughout the pregnancy by giving good advises. I would recommend this hospital for healthy pregnancy and delivery.

Fraud hospital always asking for money before admission and writing unnecessary tests for a simple aliment like cough and weakness. They were demanding almost 15,000/- for a single night of admission even when the person was able to walk and actually didn't require any admission, took him to another hospital.

Very bad experience never go to this hospital, very rude and inefficient nurses, doctors call for unnecessary tests inspite of having reports from a previous clinic.

I will never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Hopeless hospital where you are asked your work place & designation first before admitting the patient, so they can loot you accordingly. Money minded even to handover the dead body, you need to pay full amount in cash! Poor facilities & doctors attending without proper knowledge finally leading to death of the patient. Please don't risk your dear ones lives here!

While hospital emergency services are fine - the pharmacy folks need to be trained properly - they do not understand the patients' needs - and create unnecessary issues.

The nurses at casualty treat patients like dogs and the think they can do whatever they want and we would still go their. The nurse when i went their for dressing if my hand for injury, instead of cleaning she was just very harsh on wipping the blood out and also was very rude with no reason on me.

Dr. Vijay kumar, general medicine is very helpful to find out my problem. He had given me the correct medication. I was happy with his treatment. Nursing care is very good. Hospital staffs are very friendly.

Dr.shivanand patil is best cardiology doctor as i met in greenview hosp.in hsr. My husband's friend reffered me for this doctor. I was searching the heart specialist near by for my mother. Done with four or five checkups with him, i was very satisfied the way he treats the patient.thanks to all at greenview. They having all the diagnostic facility under one roof.

Excellent services from green view i have. My wife was also had fall at home and admitted once, she was treated and cured within a day. Generan physician and orthopaedic doctors are very experienced as i have met. I am a regular customer for diabetes tests, visit every 2 months. Laboratory services great. Thanks to all the nursing and other staffs.

No 1 worst management, no proper doctors available. We took appointment for a general fever and end up with no consultation and wasted 1 whole hour. Pathetic coordination and front office people.

The doctors I visit regularly are Dr. Achi Ashok (gynaecology) and Dr. Sachin Suresh (pediatrician). Recently delivered my 2nd baby here and experience has been great. The guidance given by Dr. Achi Ashok throughout my pregnancy has been very helpful and the support by Dr. Stella and nurses who attended me during my stay after delivery was very good. The other staff in the reception are also very friendly and helpful.

My experience with Dr. Sachin has been wonderful. I have been going to him for my daughter from 4 yrs and he has always been very supportive. I never felt a need to change the doctor in the last 4 years.very knowledgeable and understanding.
