All they say it is accounting process
But after joining they say it as voice process,
After finishing degree they are expecting us to do voice process!
Even while the interview they don't say us it's voice they only us it is about tally.
The job is basically tally technical support (kPO) aka call will come to us
Its just a voice process
i didn't that they don't give us proper information on what actually the job is
I don't blame the company, i blame the management team for giving wrong information
I wasted my 15 day being there simply doing nothing and later they relieve that it is an voice
So please don't waste your time thinking it is an accounting job. IT IS VOICE PROCES

Fake company don't go for this company simply they will take ur interview then they will lie that u have training period For 15 days and also after 15 days without any notice they'll remove employees what kind Of work culture is this is fake company I am writing case against the HR and CEO

2) You are not started the training 15 days.
After 15 days then start the training and reject. Wasted 15 days of time. If your want to reject 1 day u want to get.
And what you are telling I am not gave any affert, training will not started then how u will know I am not giving any affect.
I have no time to talk with this useless company.

Average company, there are many negatives and less positives about this company when I worked here, the negative part is those pathetic bakwaas team leaders, dat fat lady reena roy who has an exaggerated opinion of herself, she thinks she is queen victoria, too much ego, used to speak rudely, another person is sreenath, his brain ka wire screw dhilla hain, one of the worst person in this company, worst than that dummy, he used to behave with employees like as if this company is his father's property, the positive part is hr department, not all of them, some of them, shivanand sir was the best, a very calm, professional and humble person, my suggestion is for those who want to join, join at ur own risk

From interview to onboarding it was smooth thing. This is the best place i found to learn and grow in the field of tally and accounting.

This is a fraud company. They will take your original documents.and return nahi karte. Tab tak jab tak wo insaan puri tarah se mar na jaye.

Worst MANAGEMENT. FIRST they show everything decorated and good then they'll start to suprise you once you join.you'll be oblivious of what they are cooking behind you. NO TRANSPARENCY.

I went there for a interview and after screening they suggested for a international sales for a company called city power and gas and after wasting 2 and half week for just basic product training they let me on the floor not even a week, (i was able to make sale on the 2nd day). They just dropped me just like that no explanation saying the client don't want me. However the HR offered me a job for a presale domestic process for another company for a minimum salary.

I felt betrayed cuz why waste a person time, i could have worked for some other company.
6pm-4am for nearly a month on my personal expense to commute.
Don't know how other company runs but ey didn't pay me a penny
I just walked cuz i don't want drama.

Total wastage of TIME, ENERGY, & MONEY.

Have been working here since almost 1.5 year. Started as fresher with 0 knowledge in accounts. After so much time I must say I have become very good at it. I just got my appraisal and I was very happy to take it.

The most unethical company I have ever come across, they treat resources like labour.their policies are very stringent, and thing not mentioned in the policies (implicit) will definitely go against resource.

They have contract for one year for fresher and penalty for its breach, even after resource paying the charges, they do not release the experience letter.
Resource is asked to server the complete contract tenure plus notice period and then only they will release experience letter.

Response: agree, absconding is when you don't pay the amount stated in the contract. If it is paid, and still company does not give the experience letter and certificate.it's unethical and exploiting the resource.

On what basis, your HR saying that he will not release the experience letter, even after paying the penality.

Your contract does not state that!
Just because of an emergency if resource leaves the job, you will take away complete right.is it correct?

No Values for your talent, I worked as TDL DEVELOPER in this company for One year. More work, very less pay. Bad management decisions, if u work inside the office but if you forget punching you will loose salary even though you are captured in camera and tracking of CRM timings are available. Even more Saturday holidays will be there for some employees and there work also will be put on your head. So many rules and each of them will be against employees working there.not worth of single star also.

If u r genuine company, why do u take original certificates from selected candidates in ur company.for one year. This is not fair.

If u intend to provide training - did we ask to give training on tally. Wen other mnc companies and others are able to provide training without taking certificates, why do ur mgt does these non sense.

I worked here for 9 months approximately, as per the process and the blue print of the company you will learn lot of things related to the one of the best Accounting Software Tally. ERP 9 not only the front end but even back end operations also. So the knowledge is immense and there are some people who really gives growth to you. I had a fantastic team who supported me and some of their names are (Rita, Muin, Noor, Harish, Anmol, Mukund, Acharya, Maruf, Umesh, Vijay) and many more thank you all of you. Sadashiva sir one of the best person I have seen in the company, learnt alot from him but I would request him to become a lot more better person for the people who doesn't like him.

As a management there is lot of fuss which you can feel it after you join the company. As from my point the MD Amit Tantia is business man but not an entrepreneur. I think lot of people would understand the above statement.

One of my friend she joined in accounts process team in Greet technologies and it's been a horrible place to work for and his Assistant team leader (sarath) purposely scolds her and call here and says sorry after the office hours and try to flirt with here and when she rejected his proposal he started acting wierd and making problem in office and never join this office and face this type of situations
