Absolute fraud company.
Save yourself and don't even bring this company's name in your life, let alone moving to one of their properties.
They will talk all sweetly till they take your money, and after that you'll get an eviction notice from the true owner. Your calls and texts will be completely ignored, and you'll be forced to move out without any compensation.
So just move to a different place, why do you wanna part with your money?
Talking from experience, I'm surprised the CEO hasn't been shot dead yet, this is India, he can't keep this behavior up for too long.

Worst service, worst customer support and It has been over 8 months, since I have vacated my room they haven't return my deposit. Now, they are saying will return it to you by December 2021. Never choose grexter.

This is my worst experience living in Bangalore. These people make you all kind of promises but I'm tired of asking them for money now and they are not returning my deposit.worst experience as of now.don't go with their false commitment.

The condition of this place has become pathetic.
These people have now employed very incompetent managers and every property of theirs is thus full of problems, and they don't care since their properties would never be empty because of the few options available in Bangalore
Edit: It's been 6 months since I have not received my deposit. The support doesn't pick up my calls, and chat support keeps lying about getting back to me in future

They have not refunded my deposit and it's been 3 months. They are truly professional in playing delaying tactics and giving excuses. Now they are saying it's another company's responsibility to pay refund. Only stay here if you are willing to give away your deposit.

I have vacated from my apartment NV MANSION Scntilla Building 1f03 since 2.5 months. I haven't got my refund back. Worst customer service, no response on refund. At the end i have no other option to file a complaint on the grexter.
