Grexter Cosmos Coliving PG

Very very worst team, you can call them as Fraudster instead of Grexter. They will steal your money like anything. Since Zero star rating is not allowed adding as 1 star rating.

Update: They have refunded Rs 6500 out of the 9000 deposit.

My deposit is stuck. They took Rs 9000 deposit for a Rs 9000 private room. They said they’ll send it 15 days after the last day, even took my upi id and everything, but now it has been over 20 days, there is no refund. Moreover they are no longer responding on chat or email.

The property itself is not that great, they have common rooms, but terribly maintained so noone used them. They have hot water, but doesn’t work more than half the time, and when it does work it takes about 10-15 mins to actually start giving out hot water. They are understaffed so cleaning schedules are not maintained, can’t even blame the building manager because they only have 2-3 people for 2 buildings. The room was absolutely tiny. I didnt even get the wifi router in my room, was told to use neighbour’s wifi.

I was bearing all these things because the price was less compared to other managed coliving pgs, the service is also relative poor, but not getting the deposit back has made me give them 1 star only. Disappointed.

Don't book room here my friend lived here people play lound music in the property till morning 6am and management has no control. Stay away

I think, it is value for money, if someone is looking for a cost effective accommodation. Only thing that stops me from giving it 5 star is the location. Though it's nice but road connectivity is poor. You need to walk a lot to reach main road that too on a disturbed path.

Their complain department and on-site management is a joke. You will rarely get to sleep on weekends because some people like to open their doors open and blast music and have karaoke (in pathetic voice) till early morning. In addition to this be prepared to face almost every day at random times. Best of luck if you are want to do work from home or have a meeting.

Had a worst experience with grexter cosmos in Sarjapur.it's very much unhygienic.surrounding is even worst. I had planned to come direct from indore and images were not at all related to as it's shown.completly fake. I asked to refund only my rent amount still they are not giving it back and I asked within 3 hours of my payment.it was mentioned that the deposit is non refundable but they are not giving the refund of my rent amount.pathetic CUSTOMER SERVICE.and Sapna who was managing was the worst at explaining the policies and was very rude and I'll mannered. Worst Worst experience I had.never will refer any one here!

Stayed here for 5 months. The management does not care about this place. The wifi never seems to function properly. There are too many loud people in the PG. By loud, I mean those who will open their door to blast loud music till early morning.

Despite reporting this issue to the management nothing was done. The manager of this place does nothing. Whatever, you complain or ask him to do, he just sits in front of the laptop doing nothing.

Plus they don't return your security.

Good pg for boys and girls living together.
5000 for single room double sharing.
2000 for food per month.
Overall adequate amenities.

Best PG. It's more than home coz you can enjoy here more. Once you visit there ask form MD bhai mazzi chilli and hot. How ravi enjoyed here. Grexter become most memorable moments in my life.

Worst pg ever no support given at night for electricity. They say 24hrs electricity but no generator facility. I highly recommend to not stay in this pg.

Just love it.none of the other pg in the lane are not so good when compared to this place. I have changed lot of stay in this area, but didnt found one like this.

This PG is good only if you’re planning to stay for short while. It looks super cool in the lobby. I appreciate the efforts taken. But the excitement stops there, once you see the rooms, it’s all gone. Rooms are not bad, they’re in good condition, but size is too small. You can’t walk around the room at all. Ur bed and bathroom that’s it. Nothing else can fit in there.

This company is fraud. They will not return your security amount and keep telling you that they will return it after 2 months. They will keep harassing you by calling you and asking you for the room keys and your move-out date. They wont take calls from existing customers. They call back only new customers and their watsapp number is of no use.

It’s worst experience with Grexter. I was paying rent for 5 months without staying there. And when the situation came to vacate the pg, they didn’t treat in professional manner. Receptionist talked very rudely to my relative. When I talked to Grexter support, didn’t get any help. It’s worst situation. And also they didn’t refund my deposit money till now. I will never recommend anyone to go for Grexter, it’s my personal experience.

Worst experience, join only if you are ready to loose your security deposit. False claims are made to avoid giving back security money. After you leave, no one will pick calls and support system are so very much nonsense to talk too. If you have query related to money or refund, you get just fake claims. They cheated me for 11,000/- rupees.

Good facilities with well furnished and good support team in order to help you when ever needed

It's Awesome I feel best resolution asap as they will try to make happy from there end to solve the issue with in the stipulated time. Queries related can ask through what'sup also will respond asap and resolve that. Keep it feeling like that Grexter Team.
