I purchased Chicken roll & i told to give me without onion he is telling without onion 20 rupees extra.

Don't buy chicken roll here.

Located in close vicinity to Empire Leon Grill Zaitoon and many more restaurants but has still managed to make a loyal customer base. Shawarma is so good. Grilled chicken is flavourful. A nice place which serves ur tastes buds well.

Ordered kadhai chicken and tandoori chicken with rumali roti and tandoori roti.the kadhai chicken was hell bad or I can say it was worst.u can't guess what flavor was there, there was no chicken taste or even a touch of it.i mean really-u can't do this with chicken-chicken lovers get offended.tandoori chicken was fine but too way dry-it should be lit bit juicy.but.again.it was also frustrating.rumali roti was totally cold-like it was kept like that over there for a long time.best was cold drink that we ordered-that's it.

End of the day I just wasted my money and not even satisfied.

Shawarma was good, tooo much waiting time There was no proper response from the restaurant

Food is good. Where as the locality n ambience is not so great, as the traffic infront of the restaurant is more there is always some sound from it. Decent for bachelors. I don't suggest this place for families. Take away might be a good option as the place is crowded most of the time. Food such as shewarma is easy for a quick bits. Where as biriyani is not that great need lot of improvement in staff training as they mostly avoid work n skip. No separate entry for disabled. Also didn't get chance to see any restroom availability. Overall it's decent option for one time.

Not tasty and not at all hygienic. I totally unsatisfied. I tried biriyani, tandoori chicken, chicken shawerma, and chickoo and pine apple juice all dishes below the average in taste and clean.

Just okay. Substandard service and taste. But still reasonable for the price. Not recommended for Dine in.

I ordered kadhai chicken and tandoori chicken. First service was very slow and secondly the food tasted awful. Tandoori chicken was the driest chicken i have ever tasted in bangalore, The kadhai chicken was so so bad, first of all the dish that they are serving is not kadhai chicken Second, whatever it is, it doesn't taste right. I tried to eat it as i am not a person to waste food but the taste and the feel was so bad that I couldn't take a third bite of it.

Disappointing,   Disappointing. Disappointing. I have been visiting this place from more that a decade now. I always admired the food taste particularly shawarma rolls of this place and have also spread word of mouth to many people about this place.but today I went to buy shawarma roll and ordered 5 rolls, and noticed that they have reduced the quantity of stuffing. When I questioned about it they denied it, and the managers behavior was very bad.he replied saying that first they used to give wrong quantity and now they the corrected by reducing the quantity.he was very rude.   When I said I was their loyal customer and I might stop coming here for his behavior he said "Agar Lena Hai ro lo warna chordo" like he isnt bothered to loose customers
Heart broke.lesson learnt that these days there is no value for the loyalty.
And this will be my last purchase from this place.

Overpriced restaurants with average quality foods.

Since there is no good restaurants in this poor areas, people go otherwise it doesn't worth

Had Dal fry and Parota.affordable and tasty food. I'm looking forward to try more dishes.

Tried sharwa role here after reading the reviews. It was one of the worst sharwama which i had. Definitely one ingredient was spoiled from the sharwama. Taste was not at all good. They should concentrate on both quality and quantity.

The butter naan and kadhai Mushroom was great. The mint lime was just Okay.

But the chicken grill was just bad and service was pathetic.

Shawarma (5/5) is really good. But I took fresh fruit juice to which they added a lot of water and manchurian which was bad (2/5)

The person on the billing counter doesn't have any ethics. He should be removed from that position as he is not eligible to talk to anyone or take any orders. He just sucks.request the owner to seriously look into this or else you will loose your customers in near future.

People who know more about Bangalore for sure they might know it is a good place for tasty food at affordable prices. I will not suggest this place if you are looking for a place to dine because of space shortage. Also, no parking facilities are there. Plan Accordingly. An Affordable yummy Takeout place in JP nagar Pahse 5.

Earlier it was good but now quality, cleanliness taste everything went down drastically. Got stomach upset for both of us after eating at grills and rolls. Definitely not going to this place again.

Just an okay experience restaurant.tried biriyani here and that was not the best at taste.just a common kushka biriyani available around Bangalore nothing great about it.

Too hot even though it's an open dine restaurant.self service.no respect to customers.poor quality of service and feels like they are serving free food to people who come and dine here.
