I visited Dubai with GT Holidays. It was a wonderful experience. The staff at the office were very friendly. The trip manager Mr Kishore was very helpful throughout the trip and took care of our needs patiently. Will definitely travel with GT again.

Trip to coorg was completed without any problem. There was a slight disagreement from the driver regarding the itinerary however the tour agent handled the issue promptly. Overall a satisfactory trip for us and the stay was decent as well.

We booked in GT holidays for Singapore and Malaysia trip. GT Holidays team was in constant contact with us ensuring if everything was going well and if there is no hiccups.yes, we initially had minor hiccups in Malaysia but GT holidays turnaround was very quick and resolved it! Overall I should say the trip was a success and we had a wonderful trip especially in Singapore and Cruise. Special thanks to our Tour coordinator Rumana who coordinated on all little requests and requirements and Reshma the from GT quality team who ensured everyday during our trip if all was going fine.

We recently went Karnataka temple tour arranged by GT holidays. It was well organized with good hotels and with good travel plan. The driver they arranged was very nice and was very safe to travel. Thanks GT holidays for making the trip as memorable.

No boards or signage to this place, as this office is working from a co-working space. Four-wheeler parking is an issue. I had to park near the Ulsoor lake and walk.

However, the staff are very cordial and supportive. Very detailed oriented, ensuring that our journey preparations are smooth and successful. Kudos to the team.

It was a well organised trip for UAE. Our sales representative Manjula was very helpful in clearing all our doubts, responded ontime and was very friendly. Upon research, I got to know of GT Holidays. I gave them exactly 6 days to plan the whole vacation. This vacation was a huge deal to me personally as it was a family vacation for the first time in my life. It was also my 25th birthday celebration.

I connected with Mr. Babhi at the Ulsoor office, Bengaluru and discussed everything I needed. I had my desired preferences and stay options. He customised my whole itinerary and got confirmations that other competitive reputed agents couldn’t get in time.

With such limited time, he has accommodated everything and ensured the trip goes smoothly. Everything was so organised and well planned. There was not even a single failure or complaint. Everything was on time and private as we had discussed.

My parents enjoyed to every bit and we bonded so well. Thank you for this lovely vacation that was so special to us! We will cherish these memories forever. If not for you guys, we would’ve had to drop the plan or move our dates and my 25th birthday wouldn’t have been the same. Thank you for making my dream come true!

GT one of the best tour arranging company. Last year went to Srilanka with them. This year Bangkok. Bangkok trip was neatly planned and arranged. We had an wonderful experience and good time on our first international trip to Dubai organised by GT holidays. From boarding the flights, changing our currencies, explaining the history, food, stay at hotel, spacious room, sight seeing various places, shopping everything was very well arranged. Vaishnav devi was of great help especially in times of need.all together it was a fantastic experience.

We went to kerala through GT holidays with family friends. We had a very bitter experience. As we landed in Cochin we got a tempo with no AC. And the worst thing was the vehicle had fixed windows. Just think of vehicle with fixed windows and no AC. The driver just behaved in a very cool manner saying the AC was working inspite of knowing that it is not working. Then we complained to the lady whom we contacted in GT. They kept on saying the AC is repaired on the first day night but for the next 3 days it was in the same condition. Because of the suffocation most of us got vomiting and headache. On the last half day of the trip they changed us into an other vehicle which is of no use.
Second thing is an individual villa with 2 bedroom was alloted for 2 families but it had only one bathroom which was not informed earlier.
Thirdly in the house boat we were given just 6 fish for 9 people. The boat workmen said we were informed only 6. Miscommunication throughout our trip and they just argued with us if we asked else they say sorry.
Anyone who is interested Please don't book through GT and they get full amount well before the journey. Mistakes may happen sometimes but they won't solve the problem and we need to face it. Thank u GT for arranging one good thing in our journey was the resort in munnar for which I have given 2 star.

GT travel is one of the best company in Tamilnadu. They provide the services are very good. From start date to end date our travel co-ordinator was follow up with us. GT is budget friendly travel partner.

They booked the rooms are extra ordinary and cab also nice. Continues the same service. Thank you.

I was checking for Dubai tour package on GT holidays website for about 4-5 Days and for the package in the attached screenshot, website mentioned the package price as including the flight charges.

When I enquired with the GT holidays employees (Almost 10 members) on the same, they were very impolite in mentioning that the package does not include flight fare and they are casually mentioning that the website has been updated by mistake during the final discussion about the tour package.

No one can ever understand how a company's website will have wrong information without the knowledge of the company which is absolute cheating.

The package price that they mentioned was almost double of what was posted on the website.

Immediately after I reported this, GT holidays removed this information from their website and they told they will get back to me with an amended package details. But till now, they never turned up about any details. This clearly shows their unsatisfactory behaviour.

This is the second time I'm facing the same issue with GT holidays.

This is a humble post to each and everyone who is planning to book your trips with GT holidays.

JUST BE VERY CAREFUL OF GT HOLIDAYS since they are not transparent and giving wrong information on their website to attract customers and then they lethargically mention the actual reality during final discussions.

We booked our honeymoon trip to Kashmir with GT holidays, the trip was awesome. The rooms and car provided to us was very good. I was able to enjoy the trip within the budget i had in my mind. The GT team is always in standby and updates us incase of any changes in the booked flights (ticket booked in gt).

I have gone 2 vacation trips with GT Holidays in the past couple of years. Proper guidance by the tour planner, arrangements like hotels, travel vehicle, driver assistance, frequently checking about our whereabouts once the journey started. On international trips, the tour guide accompanied us to all the places and guided us on the locality and options to explore. Coordination, arrangements, planning, hotel selection, places to visit, everything has been excelled to its core. Must recommended travel partner.

We desired to visit Dubai Expo 2020, way back in 2019 itself. However due to Covid pandemic, it couldn't happen. Our desire came alive when we got to know about the Tour package by GT Holidays covering Dubai Expo. I booked the Pongal Holidays departure, but failed in Covid test 2 days prior to departure. It was anxious days but our Tour Manager Mr Jayachandran, Coimbatore who guided us through out the difficult times and ensured that our travel is rebooked for 3rd March departure without any hassles. Thanks Jay. Hats of to your commitment and Patience towards customer satisfaction.

The 5days 4 Nights tour package was well organized with best-in-class hotels well with-in city center, All three times meals, and perfect daily routines to cover the maximum attractions of Dubai. We really were overwhelmed to reach the Top of the Burj Kalifah, 124th floor, tallest building in the world, and thrilled with the magnificence of the Dubai fountain show. Our visit to Dubai Expo 2020 will remain in memories forever, and we could able to cover important pavilions like India, USA, Russia, Australia. Desert safari was a really a thriller with experienced drivers bashing the dunes in high speeds. We were exited to have chosen GT Holidays who have ensured that we enjoyed every-bit of Dubai.

Our Tour manager Mr. Manikandan was awesome guy who tirelessly coordinated every day of the tour. He is a real fighter who kept the schedule intact and made sure everyone enjoyed the trip.

We joined the tour as unknown, but ended with many friends and memories to cherish for our lifetime.
