Excellent ambience.made like a cave and service personnel dressed as safari. Good food and service. Enough quantity for a person. We ordered garlic naan, chicken biryani, chicken curry, mutton all of it was really good

I will suggest this place 100%, actually its worth of money, what an ambience of this place, Jailer is serving and taking the order, I have just shared a glimpse of that, and what a reasonable rate they are offering, we took two Cocktail and Two Type of Starters, Main Course, everything was mouth watering and we have just spent INR 1600.

I will be definitely visiting again Mysore for this Gufha Restaurant.

And my last visit of Mysore will be always rememberable for this restaurant food at night.

Nice food, I always love the ambience everytime I go here.
During peak hours you might have to wait, it's better to book a table prior.

The food was good, but North Indian panner dishes were a bit sweet so beware of it. But overall the service was great, more accurately it was fast. They put a service tax of 5% which is optional.

I visited the restaurant today only. The ambience is unique and good. But mind you, the staff is very very very very very rude. They don't talk properly. They treated us as if we are eating for free.

The food on the other hand is okayish in taste, but the quantity is very small. No value for money.

This is on eof the highly rated dining option in Mysore for non-veg food. The ambience is great and the initial excitement evaporated as soon as we ordered. It took them 15 minutes to serve a diet Pepsi which is hilarious but frustrating at the same time. Took almost 40 minutes to serve Biryani. Food is good quality though. Unless they improve service, people less likely to return for only food.

Absolutely love the food. Everything on the menu is absolutely amazing. My favorite is Kurkure chicken and Jungleee chicken salad. Staff is well trained, and Service is quick. Must try place

Service was a tad on the slower side. Rest all to perfection. Quality and tasty food (veg/non-veg, soft beverages and desserts). Ambience one of a kind. Very authentic setup all over making you believe to be in the very early days of human life.

Some scope of improvements:
Make the whole ambience and getup etc truly prehistoric.
How do men women become kings and queens when they use the restroom in a prehistoric era is not fathomable
Speed up on the service or cut down the intake of max guests at a time

We were searching for a good hotel for dinner in Mysore. We came across this Hotel Gufha. So we planed to visit this place for dinner. This place is crowded on weekends and has Waiting time of 30-40 minutes. We went early i e 7pm. Tables were available at that time. Ordered various starters, mocktails, cocktails, hard drink. All the items were perfect. For main course we ordered 1 chicken dish and vegetarian Punjabi dish with tandoori rotis. The food was delicious. Service was good. The main attraction is the perfect Gufa (caves) like interior with dim lights. We can the roots of the trees coming out from the caves walls. All the waiters wear full Khali dress with khaki round hunting hat. This looks marvelous. I can say with confidence that alongwith the Cave type ambience the food quality is also perfect. The service is good. Maybe due to crowd, the staff is overloaded. And before ending the review, I also mention here that the rates of food and beverages are very reasonable, compared to any other hotel of this level. One must visit this place whenever in Mysore.

Awesome food taste buds, to be remembered for a long long time. The service was awesome, the chef (Gangaram Sharma) was very courteous and served with customized taste.

No proper space inside. And also waiting time is too long. We need to wait for 2 hours to dine half an hour. Highly recommend you not to visit this place

I was charged 5% service tax apart from 5% gst. When asked about the same to the waiter, he brought another bill with 0 service tax. Not sure how many people have been trapped. Though the ambience was good, food wasn't great!

Poor service from the staff, they give food which is not hot, fresh and all roasted and they expect us to have it by paying for it. Starting from the plates, spoons, forks and knives we had to literally call them and ask for it. You complain and they laugh at us. Seriously your staff needs to be trained regarding customer service. I have been visiting this place for many years now and had a bad experience this time.

Great ambience, awesome food must try the kalmi kebab and tandoori. Only draw back is music. Get drinks here as well and weekends is usually packed if you do not go early

This hotel was best in terms of food, Ambience and service. But now I am rating this 1 star.
I am rating 1 because of the ambience (no clothing on dining table and please don't check floor, you can easily find trash laying here and there) and food (not worth the price).
When it comes to service. Service is pathetic. Either they are short of staff or they are not capable to handle the crew.
The order gets taken after 20min of arrival, forgets to update if any mentioned dish is unavailable, billed wrongly with more qty than actually had.
But if you are having drinks, you will be given the highest priority.

Worst Customer service. They are waiting for you to go out ASAP. There are much better places than this stupid restaurant where you can eat peacefully

Very good place to celebrate Birthday, hangout with friends and family. Food was very delicious. But we tried only Vegetarian food as we are veggies one must try Gobi Lollipop
Ambiance was very impressive. As it's in 1st floor but totally looks like Real Gufha.

Maybe one of the best restaurants I've tried till now. I've gone there for the 1st time with my family. So the enjoyment was just astounding, no words for that.
You can find each and every food items and especially for food lovers it's like a heaven in a desert.
The most important thing about their formalities is very neat and clean and kinda seem polite to me. The theme design of the restaurant is solely based on the historical dark caves and there are really many space available for every big and small gatherings.
Although the quality and quantity aren't same at all. The price of every items
seems too much to me. It is mainly situated on Mysore. If anyone of you are planning to visit Mysore you should probably check the place out.

The restaurant board or nothing is kept outside when you reach sabar stand look for hotel pai vista, inside pai vista hotel is the restaurant. Its a must visit hotel in mysore great interior, great ambience and great food. The food items are bit pricy

The starters are good but in main course the food in the veg menu is weak the gravy and the veg biriyani were weak in taste.
Non-veg may be good from my frds point of view.
Drinks are bit costly and particulars are missing.

We where waited to eat delicious food and ordered some starters, chicken biryani and veg Biryani after receiving order, it's like they where prepared night and just heated the Bowl and brought the biryani. Absolutely wast of money. I still didn't understand why top rated for this place for food.

Two stars only for the ambience. Food here was ok ok. I would still say nothing was bad but nothing was Great. I wanted to eat good Chinese but I remained unsatisfied. The price is too high compared to the food they serve. I ordered paneer tikka, corn cheese Pappad as starters and Hakka noodles and mushroom Manchurian as main course. I also ordered blue ivy, mocktail which was to total disappointment. I paid 1400 for all this and wasn't happy at all.

Awesome food, multi cuisine featured restaurant, great ambience, superb interiors, there is a QR code displayed to see the menu amd order. We had Pepper fish, panner Chilli, butter rotis, parata, chicken Makhani, chicken lollipop, prices are competitive. The only minus point I felt was the music, did not match the decor of the place. Otherwise very nice place.
(Must visit atleast to see the decor)

This restaurant is situated inside Pai Vista hotel. Ambient is so cool and awesome that completely blows mind. Food is good and verity of food is available. Little expensive for food and alcohol beverage is also available. I had prons tandoori which is tasty, chicken biryani is good, tried chicken kurkure which is okay.

I wonder why this restaurant is rated so high. We visit a restaurant for having good food, You cannot rate it just for its ambience. The quality and the quantity of food is too bad (For the price you pay). They make you wait half an hour for servicing food, and again half an hour for providing bill. Once we were done with lunch, I literally had to request 3 times for bill.

Very good ambience like forest with audio effect. Good place to go along with family and kids. They will enjoy the ambience. But little costly and food taste is okay
