Gufha is a very welcoming hotel.the staff here are very courteous and provide very good service

The restaurant is clean and food is really great.
Good staff and hygienic with classic taste.

French fries were crispy and reasonable in quantity. We also ordered fruit punches which were delivered almost at the end of our meal. Pricing is reasonable

Gufha is an excellent theme restaurant, nice ambience, efficient service and delicious testy food. We have ordered one Murg Jahangir Shorba, Roasted Masala Papad, One Non Vegetarian Platter and Rasamalai as dessert. Amazing taste and adequate quantity.

The service is pathetic. The waiters need serious training. They are themselves confused and confuses the guests too. They do not even know how to communicate. Food was okayish. Quantity is half compared to the price as what it should have been. The lighting could be a little better in all the tables, you won't even notice if a bug falls and you might eat it.

This has been one of the best restaurants I've explored so far. The food was amazing, the restaurant had a good ambience and the staff was very cordial. Proper cleanliness was maintained in the restaurant and I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wishes to explore a place for quality time.

I didn't like this place very much. Food was mediocre, the bar menu was just for display and most of the drinks were even available. Ambience is well attempted but I don't see any extraordinary. Maybe you can try if you're in and around Jayanagar, but you may want to avoid it too.

Loved the theme, but the quantity of the dishes can be a bit more. Need to include more rice items on menu.
This is a Family and friends friendly restaurant.

It was the third time that I visited Gudha restaurant. The quality and taste of North Indian food served was good. But there was a shortage of suppliers to meet the customers needs. Secondly, even though there were line managers gents and ladies, they themselves were not observing and doing the needful. For each and every thing we were forced to ask everytime.

Looking for a different dinning experience, head to Gufha Restaurant. The ambience is spot on. And good food and the service as well.

The food was great but the only reason why this isn't a 5 Star is because of the prices. They dim the lights for ambience but it felt like they made us pay the electricity bill too.

Food and service is good. Have been going here for last 15 years or so.especially for its unique ambience.

Don’t go here on weekends because you cannot reserve a table and if you call in advance they will say there are tables available on first come first serve basis. But when you reach there, you will be told there is waiting period. He could have told us here is the waiting pls put your name down. No customer service attitude at all. Absolutely ridiculous.

Good place for family. Food taste and service is good. Waiting time during weekend is long and bad. There is no online booking and need better time management.

Good unique ambience with a northindian and Afghani cuisine, weekends is always busy with a waiting period of atleast 30min.

The interior of the place is very good. Food is okay type nothing special.one of the sad thing was that a female manager behaved too badly. First of all she told us to get up from our table while we were about to finish. We had just been there for an hour and half max. And then she told other customers that she has kicked us our from the table just to show that she is a great person.very bad staff behaviour. They Dont know how to behave and respond. Specially that female manager. No politeness or manners. Even after making the mistake she never asked sorry or anything. And most of all we never misbehaved or were rude still this attitude. Not at all expected from such a reputed place

If you are spicy lover, please dont come here, food quality is very low. The chef doesn’t have red chillies I guess, because we ordered all the spicy food from menu it was very sweet indeed. Worst experience

Gufa is one name which will come across when you search for theme resturant in Bangalore.
We went from Whitefield to Jayanagar for ambience and to our disappointment we had waiting of 30min and after getting in service was slow and not apt.food was below average and to be honest even ambience didn't make much of great impact. I wouldn't risk covering again 23km distance.

It was a great place, with great vibe and briliant staff, awesome dim lighting and food is good too. I was actually enjoying my drink and starter, after some time I ordered the dinner, I thought it would take some time to prepare, but servicing was very quick which I was not expecting. So I kept the main course aside and it was getting cold. The staff of Gufha saw it and asked "Sir, do you want us to bring it later? " Obviously I said yes, and they happily took the food and got me freshly maid later when I asked for. Staff was very understanding, professional and caring.
I was very impressed.

Ambience: 10/10
Service: 10/10
Food Taste: 7/10
Price: Considering the above 3 factors, it's Medium Pricey (8/10). Costs 1000 for 2, without alcohol

Overall it was a good experience. I went there when there was a very long waiting queue. The staff accomodated me within 15 mins. It looks like the parking facility is very limited.

This is my personal favorite restaurant in the entire Bangalore city. I have been to more than 200 restaurants in bangalore but no restaurant or hotel can beat the taste and theme of this restaurant. U get all types of food and drinks- non veg, veg, vine, beer, whisky, desserts, cocktails, mocktails, etc.the ambience and the theme is outstanding in the restaurants. U literally feel that u are in a forest which is far away from bangalore. It is usually very crowded but it is worth the wait and worth the money

The ambience of this place is really unique. The staff too is very polite. Slightly on the expensive side but worth every penny of yours. If you want a place with a different vibe than the other regular cafes or restaurants with good food, this is your go to place.

Worst experience. The place was stinking. Overrated place with substandard food, overpriced, incompetent staff. Really bad smell which will induce vomiting. Avoidable.

It's a nice horror/spooky themed restaurant. The food was good both veg as well as non- veg and the price was justifiable to the taste. Best place to visit with your friends. The only drawback is light is low everywhere to match the theme but it's okay, the experience is worth it.

Unique ambience, Staff members are quite friendly and polite. Slightly expensive but worth every penny of yours. Foods are tasty. A must visit restaurant in Bengaluru.

That was quite a close dark packed place. However the experience was good. They have priced average and quantity worth it. I would recommend to eat the omelette they make if you like egg dishes

Gufha is our family’s favourite restaurant, not just because it’s the best cave themed restaurant (cave) of Bangalore, but also it’s staff and hospitality is outstanding.

Food wise Nawabi Ke Khanjjar, Tiger Chicken, Tandoor ki Shaan, Tandoori Jhinga I highly recommend.

Special mention to Prakash and his team, they go out to their way to ensure you have a good time!

They have amazing ambience. They have valet parking for the restaurant. The food here is amazing and for desert the brownie with ice cream is a must try.

Taste was good but the quantity served is less for the price. But overall the ambience and service was good. Cocktail menu requires revisit. Did not like the choices offered nor taste of the cocktail ordered.

Superb restaurant. Ambience is very good. And the service is impeccable. The food is quite delicious. When you are here take a dig at the sizzling brownies. Simply delicious.

Makke de roti was also really good
Samundar ke lehre (pomfret fry) was fresh n delicious.
Kullad lassi is also a nice heavy dessert.

Service was lightning quick. They dont keep you waiting for food. Jungle theme ambience is really cool. Only thing they need to upgrade is their music which doesn't with their place. Food is really tasty. Try their paranthas they are delicious. Crowd is totally family and friends. Overall a fun place

Nice ambiance. Good service. The staff dress brings life to the ambiance. Food was OK. Tried veg biryani felt that it could have been better.

Waa too dificult to find out where the hotel actually is. No sign boards visible when coming from jayanagar 4th block to S end block. Staff was also not able to communicate correctly. Ambience was superb and food was good.

We had great time in Gufha. It was a compl new experience and a good one. Tara chand gave a great service and we enjoyed a lot. The food quantity was more than expected and the taste was awesome.

Don't deserve a single bloody star.
One of the worst experience I had today (21st mar 2021) in this restaurant. Reasons: -

1) No point in booking, made to wait for more than 45 mins. When I asked this managers, without hesitation he mentioned that people came off and tables are filled and I need to wait.

2) No check on the noise created by the adjacent table. Continously shouting, yelling and laughing at the top of their voice by a group of 5 people sitting in front of us. Yet, not a single waiter or the managers who were working there had the sense to tell them to lower their voice, since its creating an uncomfortable environment.

3) Horrible taste, especially the ice cream sizzlers. Worst I have ever eaten.

4) Ordered 3 curries, yet got 2, and the other easy forgotten (Added in the photo section).

5) Some waiters were seemed angry and making rude faces, when I asked them to get an extra spoon or tissues or something like this.

6) Prices not worthy to spend. QUALITY has gone down over the years.

Highly recommended NOT to go this hell place.
