SBA is good and each wing has its own lift.
Separate terrace and location is also great.

Lovely views. Only issue is that because kids football practice used to occur in the courtyard green area, all the grass that used to be there is not anymore, and there has been no efforts to replace the muddy area with new lawn. Security team very decent and helpful. Owner/Tenants do not know how to behave in a gated community, treat the place like their own "backyard". There are cycles, tricycles strewn around, lying everywhere from the front entrances of the towers, to random peoples front doors. Very soon the place is going to start looking like a slum due to these types of Owner/Tenants. Unfortunately, pet owners don't feel the security they deserve as Owners with small children somehow feel pet dogs "are too dangerous" and should not be allowed to be walked in public! Incidentally it is these same non-pet owning Owner/Tenants who keep massive cupboards outside their front doors and generally dirty the ambience and environment of the community. The quarterly maintenance collected from owners is too high, and there is definitely a lot of wastage in terms of resource allocation occurring. Building quality is rapidly deteriorating due to shoddy work of builder, multiple cracks on walls which are expensive to repair. Furthermore walls are thin and you can hear your immediate neighbour's toilet flush or drainage system anytime it is triggered. Please don't come to this place.
