Terrible after sales service… yes contacted that number you provided & still no response

It’s a Saturday and I’ve tried their number listed 10am to 1: 30pm. Busy always, no one calls back. Premium service

This is one of the best design stores where we can find all hafele appliances Demo can get all kinds appliances

Design center Manager Trisha took us through the showroom and provided a detailed explanation of all the products

Helping staff with good collection of hafele products.here you can visit and have a look at the product and price range of different products. They dont sell anything here, but they will guide you through different products they have. If you like something they will give you item code and give you the dealer/ supplier no, so that you can contact the dealer and get the best price

I have raised a complaint about my Microwave is not working with your support team on Nov 15 and next day the service advisor came that is on Nov 16th and he mentioned that some part is not working and need to be replaced.
He assured me that will revert back on Nov 17 or Nov 18 to fix it. When checked with him on Nov 18 he mentioned that part is still not available.
Being an international brand not sure why its taking so much time just to replace a regularly used microwave part.spent lakhs on ur appliances and hardly used and seeing issue within 3 years

Funny part is that u guys don't have a most used appliance microwave parts and u have outsourced to someone else.

Didn't expect this kind of pathetic service from a reputed international brand.

Hope at least now some one will revert back and fix it ASAP

A spacious experience center where you can get beautiful state of the art modular kitchens for your homes at various price range they have staff who have indepth knowledge about their products which makes it very easy as a consumer to choose what matches your requirements. Lakshmi and sudheer did a great job at explaining everything to us in a simple way!

Has restroom and various sanitization stations and is air conditioned

Worst experience! I have asked for wardrobe design they charged 5k for only design and they designed useless that I guess they don’t standard heights only there is no good response also and no timeline nothing…. I have attached give drawing jus look at the drawers height…

Hafele got wide variety of option on all possible ranges and I worked with Mr. Sudheer who patiently explains on each and every product in details and made me to go with Hafele on Kitchen appliances and hardware!

Excellant place to choose your kitchen needs. Good display store. I like the customer care and so much information provide by executive. Most important is very good protocol of safety and hygiene.

Very pleasant experience. They also have COVID safe protocols in place.
The center is very spacious. Almost all varieties and models are on display.
The executive attended with patience and is knowledgeable and answered the queries.

Good place to an idea about all that Hafele has to offer. To understand the suite of products, must visit.

This is puneeth here. I have taken the products. Built-in oven, microvave and the hob. There have been problems since the day of installation. The microwave doesn't work. The grill option doesn't work, the glass door is totally foggy and can't see anything thorough, oven product itself is deformed, bent from the time it is opened from the box. I have been talking to the executives namely Mr Rohit, Anoop since more than a month, no response and update no solution. I am fed up of calling and following it up with haefle guys. All my happiness is gone and frustration is only left

Great experience and the customer service representative Mr. Sudhir was really patient to help us go through our requirements and suggest options. He also indulged us with answers to questions about products which he knew we were less inclined to buy. But based on the interaction it is likely that we are inclined to purchase based on Sudhir's inputs.

Display of products are good and informative and useful but the sales executives response to customers are bad.

Staff here no body responds! I have been waiting for their response from past 15 days and called multiple people with multiple times no one response. Brand might be good but service is pathetic, I don't recommend this store at all.

Good display, good suggestions, but i want technical team should visit other places other than local Bangalore for proper guidance and installation

Interior designer is very professional, polite n gave all info we needed.her guidance is too good

We bought hafele nagold gas oven.i must say it is very bad quality.the ignition works inconsistently and even the knobs don't work. So, we can't even lit it with matchstick. The technicians visited a few times.i have logged a complain again. Their SLA is 2 days. The folks spent money on marketing but not to provide quality product. Stay away.
