I must say the salon values are really the best and they abide to it, the staff is polite and patient. Mistakes happen but how its handled is all that matters, they do accept there mistakes and rectify it in a way the customer is satisfied. I appreciate that and thank the salon for good service and behaviour.
They had no receptionist and one of their workers had a very poor attitude and was treating people like a government hospital service. Bad overall experience
I visit to this salon every month for hair spa and for few other services also. I really like the service they provide. I always get my hair spa done from Raj Sekhar. He is a very good guy. His behaviour and service, both are super awesome. I will surely recommend others to visit this salon.
Very disappointed. Told the stylist to keep front hair long and and back hair short, instead he gave me a straight cut and took Rs 800 for the cut. Not worth the money at all. A suggestion from my side would be.if a customer tells you to do a specific haircut and if its not possible as per his/her requirements, just inform them beforehand.
Hair Cut and Beard shaping Charged 413/- including Tax but no bill provided.
In other places i usually get Hair Cut+Beard shaping+wash+Complementary head massage (5Min) =350/- And I use to pay extra 50/- as a tip. But here its expensive.
Not good for kids haircut. Also they didn't bother customer's requirement. No professionalism, didn't have any catalogue for haircut, neither have any suggestions for any haircut acc.to ur face! Really didn't like the way they treated! May be on Tuesday, they don't have proper trained professionals, that is why they are providing 50%off on haircut on Tuesdays. Hair stylist Abhishek is still better than the one who did my kid's haircut. While doing my daughter's haircut, Neither he was wearing any mask nor maintaining any proper hygiene Apart from this, no bill was provided.
Utterly disappointed with the service.had gone for Hair coloring. The color used, was not mentioned. Asked to put ten streaks and did some 30.did his own styling instead of what i asked for. Just waiting for the color to go off now.looks ridiculous.full hair coloring will take 4000 and for 30 hair strands he has taken 4000rs after discussion. Not sure what is the difference.
I chose the salon because of the rating but was very very disappointed with the hygiene that the salon followed. Atleast I was expecting the basic hygiene from the salon-The staffs were not with masks, hair stylist without wearing any gear or dressing kit and not even apron while he was coughing all time. I didnt like the haircut- unlike other reputed salons shampoo was done only once that too in hurry, hair style was not that great.highly priced. Face cleanup service was ok. I request the mgmt.pls do maintain necessary precaution as you show in your advertisements for the safety of yourself and the customers both. Wish you luck.
Very clean And Lovely place. I had a very warm welcome, the place is stylish and well equipped and my facial was excellent and indeed I did come out feeling Hair Speak! The area it's located in is a great place to hang around for a while and have lunch or a drink too. So naturally I took advantage of that. I can't recommend this place enough. I love this place and the people there very much, highly recommend.

WORST UNPROFFESSIONAL SALON EVER. I'm not sure about other service but DO NOT opt for KERATIN here. I took GK Keratin & they charged around 13k+. My first ever huge amount which turned out to be of utter waste. They spoiled my long hair a hell lot. Not sure about other ratings but this I'm genuinely writing after a very bad experience. Not even worth for 1 star. The manager Guru & the hair stylist Pawan are very very unprofessional, money minded and are not trustworthy. They will talk anything & everything to make u trust at the beginning & cheat at the end. They said if I undergo haircut as my hair is long etc etc they charge bit less promising they will do the Keratin well. But within few days my hair was damaged very badly being very frizzy causing huge hair fall. I gave the review about this before so, later they called me for salon & when other hair stylist also agreed Pawan's mistake of damaging my hair, manager Guru & Pawan insisted me to change my review telling they will correct the mistake and will do it after 4 months as it cannot be redone immediately. As I lost such huge amount to these untrustworthy & disgusting people, I changed my review that I m hoping for best service. But those money minded people, when I reached them again just one week later after 4 months, they started all the dramas like there will be new hair growth and I'll have to pay again. This time they crossed all their limits while communicating. They deserve to be dragged to consumer forum.
