Didn't take any treatment here cause of mis-information on service available. Could have been much clearer on services offered instead of making someone travel back and forth.

The branch medical team and staff don't give much brief information.n no of people speak to 1 client to convey message and later they will be like whose spoke to u we don't know and very low client handling skills. Worst experience ever...

The doctor explains everything in details about the procedure and medicines that I have to undergo and take respectively. The staff (noor niza babu) behaviour is so warm they also offered me laser hair treatment patch test at free of cost.

I had a consultation with Dr Meghana and she was understanding, patient and empathetic. She took the time to listen to my concerns, conducted a thorough examination, and explained my condition and the treatment in a way that was easy to understand.
