Horribly expensive.many cheap quality stuff.bought a car for 2000 where the battery needs to be removed out for recharging.very bad build.simple water bottles cost over 1000 bucks.never going back

Super bad shopping experience so far - purchased 10K worth products, manufacturing defects / parts missing - having a torrid time now

Paid a brief visit to this shopping mall. It is well located and provides a pleasant environment. We got parking lot even when it was a busy saturday. My little brother enjoyed the playzone. The staffs were helpful. Definitely a place to hang around and chill.

We stepped in to checkout a tricycle for my 2 year old daughter. And happened to loose my phone in the store. Very unhappy about it, as it has all the vedios and pictures of my daughter growing up.in case someone finds it please need my memories back and will reward back suitably.

Too costly.you can buy the same items for very cheap in online. But window shopping with kid is very difficult.without buying u can't come out with ur kids. More variety and almost all the cartoon character u can find here

There is no match for Hamleys. The variety is superb here. I got the foosball at reasonable price and I'm loving it.

Huge collection of toys! Very friendly staff.they got lot of patience to understand your specific requirement.trust me it's not easy to decide what to buy for your kid! That's when these staff come very handy to help you.from soft toys to kids friendly drone and AI robot, they got everything to make your kids happy. Hygienically maintained premises! I’ve been to Hamleys at 1MG a bunch of times and the service has always been great. The collection of toys are also decent and have been refreshed in between both my visits. They do try and provide an interactive experience but of course it falls way short of what you might experience in a city like Dubai.it would be awesome if that could be replicated here. On my last purchase just before Holi they had a Rs. 500 coupon offer which I could use immediately, this I appreciate very much as it was a genuine offer with no silly clauses.

Wonderful place to buy good quality toys for your kids. Plenty of choice. Friendly staff. Enough things to keep your kids engaged and enjoy the shopping.

So after having a pizza with my family, we went to Hamleys. I've not been there till now and being able to take my daughter. It wasn't crowded. Seeing optimus prime was a highlight for us both, the toy story level was great as my sons a big fan of buzz etc and the lego Isle. It was all just a wonderful experience, we watched the demonstrations, no pressure to buy anything like some stores can do. All the staff were friendly on approach and welcoming especially the staff that were front of house on the day we came in. The staff have a genuine persona and seem happy in what they do. I really hope they're appreciated as it takes a very special individual to do this job. I'm sure they get some little monsters in there sometimes lol. So much energy and enthusiasm from the staff (superheros without the cape) my only minor criticism is the till staff were talking amongst themselves, but overall an absolutely smashing day. They also gave free motu patlu tooth paste, my daughter is a big fan of them.

It has very nice range of products and you will find staffs very friendly. You can must visit one of you are looking for kids

It's always a nice place to visit, cause you will never be disappointed of not getting what you may be looking, when you go to buy some gifts or toys.

Hamley is a children toy shop located in the 1st floor of the 1 MG Complex of the now 1MG-Lido mall. The store is relatively small compared to its facility in whitefield. However I found this store to have better items than the other one when shopping for my toddler son sometime ago.

Customers heading to Hamleys from the basement parking of 1MG complex will have to exit at the first level of the mall & take a travelator to this facility. If you are lost & unable to find it please take the help of security to find the way to Hamleys.

Though the collection of toys available is remarkable, the service is poor.

They don’t honor displayed offers like free gift for purchases above Rs 3,999/ - as shown in the photo attached, even though goods worth Rs. 4,750 were purchased! With the excuse that the offer is only for Saturday and Sunday? While this is nowhere mentioned in the display!

Big toy shop stop.quite tempting for kids and parents who wanna explore more on toys, but many toys are not at all the worth of money.
