They do not match online price, nor provide any discount. The offline price was almost Rs. 2000 more. I have been shopping at Hamley for long time now, but this outlet is worst at the price and collection as well.
I have heard a me abt this pl RRace.that this seemed to be one of the best PG in HSR.but to my surprise that is not the case. You pay 12.5 K for sharing and 22k for single room. The rooms are ok.they are self sufficent with Bathroom and wash room.but the food is not good and those doing night shift please confirm the food timmings. The washine machine is not woking properly. The hygeine and cleanliness is not adhered to
Service is worst no one is bothered. When I was their in store their was a argument with some customer. Billing takes long time as billing person is busy selling batteries and other accessories. Customers standing behind have to wait. Will not go back to this store.
Good collection of toys. Most of the items purchased are of good quality and well built. Service and customer care has always been very good. Pricing is on higher side and not discounts offered usually.
Hamleys HSR (Bengaluru) store has - more than 10 executives walking on a floor area of less than 1200 sq feet and none of them helpful. - two billing counters for show and one billing counter for main functionality. - that sole billing counter is manned by an extremely slow, careless and unaware executive - one of the executive (Ms archana), is not only unaware of what the customer is mentioning asking for, but also lacks sensitivity to answer properly, and is busy playing fun with toys by herself while speaking to an irate customer. She is the best example of how an internationally recognised kids'toy brand has become a shop with bunch of unproductive, useless executives who lack customer orientation completely.negative customer NPS.apathetic treatment to customer.hope @mukesh ambani and team attends to this space where money might be guzzling with declining brand affiliation.

TL: DR; Never go to this store with a Hamley's gift card or voucher. When we went with a voucher, the staff said the store does not have the ability to accept a voucher. Incredible. Next time I went with a gift card, the store says I have to spend the entire money on the card even after they agreed that the card can be used multiple times. It has been a frustrating experience the last two times I went. Will definitely not go again ever to this particular Hamley's.
Love it because Hamleys is now in HSR. Not the widest range of toys like the one at Phoenix or some of the other malls but its still great to have the store in the neighborhood.

This is a very nice store. Customer gets good service. There is a girl named Archana. Gives good information about the product and does good behave with the customer.
