Totally bad experience why parents will wear the socks and wat kind of logic is this just sell socks ur guys making fool of customers I'll. Never ever suggest any of my friends and family

Very awesome place. Lots of relevant toys for kids. Well maintained staffs. Mehbub & akansh two staff were very helpful and guided for buying right product for my kid. Thank u Hamleys vega City store

Very bad user experience, no good hospitality. They give a hostile environnement in a toys store, like literally, they give the side eye that makes us think thrice before buying in that store. Give respect and take respect, hamleys.

Hosted my daughter's birthday party here. The kids had a blast.
There is a newly build play area inside the store. We approached the store for bday party and they were more than happy to host this event at certain charge. Tanuja helped a great deal here. Hamleys helped with the external decorator to decorate a small party place to cut th cake and take photos, allowed more than 1 hour of play time for kids. Tanuja and staff helped a great deal in coordinating with Vega Mall facilities people and arranging chairs and tables for food outside the store. They brought in a bear madcot for birthday which the kids loved and played happy birthday songs. I would highly recommend Hamleys at Vega city. I will post the pics a little later.

Best place for kids and infant also. I go mostly every Saturday with my 15month old daughter. She enjoyed everything there

Worst service ever! We asked if they had a certain product before going there.we called them twice to confirm and they said they did. Right after we reached the store, they say they don’t have it! Why do you have to lie when you don’t have the product? This is just frustrating! Pathetic Is an understatement!

Today I have faced misbehaving staff in this store (Hamleys, vega city mall) who is reluctant to give kids the toys to test and when questioned on escalating to manager he not even changed his tone or attitude towards me and my kids. Even store manager supporting him saying he is good employee. I asked the name and his response is “I dont Know”. Please avoid this guy.

I went to buy a birthday gift for my son and because of this staff member misbehaviour we have to come without buying

I needed some gifts and called the store to check if it was available. Tanuja from Hamleys store (Vega City) was kind enough to send me images for me to cross check. Also helped getting it billed and packed and I got it delivered through dunzo, and the entire process was hassle-free and she made the whole experience a great one. Thank you Tanuja

I could finally find a Baggit showroom, of course pricey as compared to online prices but bought a gift for someone really close.

Visited Hamleys but could not find a car or bus shaped tent house for kids.

Overall a nice place to hangout with PVR and wide variety of shops

Hamleys showroom is very big here. You will find many kid toys, teddy bears and more. Quite expensive toys.

Bought Feat 360 drone from Hamleys, Vega City mall. Executive Titan helped us make decision, gave live demo as well as gave a quick training and hands on. My son was very happy to get remote and fly it. He was confident after flying and off course very very happy. Thank you Titan and Hamleys for the wonderful experience.
