Though with high prices yet the products are good. Cooperative staff and the atmosphere are very good.

A must-visit destination for kids of all ages as all their toy needs will be met here. Special shout-out to Mr. Murugesh for unconditional assistance covering both of my in-store as well as online shopping. Also, a great cheer for Mr. Sehkogin for offering variety of toy options for my kid.

Store had good amount and different varities of toys. And went for gift wrap and it was too good special mention to @Nurul for nice wrapping

I visited to store and staff called Murugesh attended me with good product information I was happy with with that staff

Small suggestions to mgmt:
Some toys missing in the India shops vs Dubai/London. See if you can get more over. Try to get more wooden/sustainable toys and some that help with creativity and growth eg chess learning through stories (saw in Dubai store)

Hamleys has very poor toy collection. No Legos, and the toys that are there seemed more like left overs

It’s pricy but it’s one stop for RC toys and much more exclusively with wide variety of racing buggies, off-road and climbing rc models. Really superb collection of rc cars. Also we get toys, games, puzzles and more sports related kits like cricket, table tennis, shuttle much more. Go and visit the branch if you passionate about RC toys

My usual go to place for picking up nice toys. Good quality and good variety of options always. It's on a top corner so lots of people might miss this.

Today visited shantiniketan store.i m really glad for toys & I get nicely wrap from nurul.his behaviour also very soft and nice talk.

I want to share feedback about Nurul, he is very helpful and prompt when it comes to services. Thanks for making it a happy experience for my daughter.

Ms Ambi kumari was very much business minded sales girl and she knows her job very well she knows what kind of toys will be suitable for what age we'll mannered and patince sales girl kudos ambi. Well the gift wrapping dine by her was marvelous.

Hamleys always a happy place for us.but the fastest service is only in gift wrapping, the guy is really quick and pleasant…thankyou NURUL

Love this store. Murugesh (store manager) have always been welcoming and kind enough to show around and assist with the shopping. With his recommendations I was able to buy Uboard and my son has been enjoying it.
The next time I came back, he remembered us and came back to say hello.

I would recommend this Hamley's store to everyone to have a pleasant shopping experience.
