Hampis Boulders Resort

Very nice place to stay. Away from technology and other disturbances. If you are looking for alone time with family or alone it's a great place. They have many things to do within the resort, there is no reason to go out except for food. Breakfast at the resort is good, lunch not very good, dinner I haven't tried. Extremely courteous staff. I will definitely want to visit again in the future.

This is a beautiful property surrounded by wilderness. The river in the middle, variety of birds, calm and peaceful atmosphere makes it perfect for anyone to enjoy couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Pros:
- The rooms are well maintained, there is lot of privacy as well and the staff was very helpful with all our requirements
- The drive to property is far from Hampi but a beautiful drive through paddy fields
- Staff and management welcome you and provide a brief. Both Vinay and Kumar were super helpful in explaining the property, it's amenities and also shared their recommendation on itinerary for the 3 days we stayed in the property.

Cons:
- Decent food, it's not easy to provide lot of variety and options and I feel the property does it's best to ensure there is very minimal wastage and hence it might seem like the options are less.
- Prices are slightly on a higher side
- Watch out for monkeys, one of them had damaged side view mirror of the car which was parked away from the reception. Can't avoid this but something to watch out for.

Overall, amazing property and hospitality. Definitely will be back here just to stay at the property and do Island walk, Jeep ride, etc.
