Hamster Garden

Hamsters are not that healthily bred as it is claimed by owner. I got a hamster from him and after couple months it has developed neurological issues. She'll die in few days because of it. She couldn't even live 1/3rd of her expected lifespan. The prices are also very high, what's the point of paying higher if the hamster will still be genetically unhealthy.

I recently visited this place just to meet the little hamsters. The owner welcomed us and allowed us to interact with them. He’s such a kind person, he guided us on how to pet the hamsters. The way he patiently answered every question I asked is something I really appreciate about him. It was truly one of the best experiences being there. Don’t believe any of the negative reviews.

Owner has great knowledge about rodents.he will explain you very patiently what you're looking for. The place is little expensive but worth bringing pet from them as it is all stop solution.

This place is an amzing store he is very knowledge able on these creatures and has great product there are many varieties as well

The best place to get hamsters in India. The owner here know the right ways to take care of hamsters and other rodents. No other pet shops are educated enough to grow hamsters

The owner was very friendly and gave a thorough walkthrough of the process of adopting and taking care of a hamster pet along with various other relevant information and recommendations. It was a very pleasant experience and they take care of their animals very lovingly. 10/10 would recommend for anyone thinking of getting a hamster but do not have any knowledge of it. They also do have exotic animals.

Hamster garden is the best place to bring home a little pet - hamsters of all kind, mice, micro-squirrels, rats, and more.

I got 5 of my little mice from here and I treasure them dearly.

If you require a vet for emergencies, visit Cessna lifeline hospital as they have an exotic vet specialist.

Person is well versed with all types of hamsters and other small pets. Has cared for the hamsters well. If you believe in promoting animal rights you need not worry about it when you go here. Clean place which is suprising considering the type of pets.

I have bought a dwarf tri colour Hamster as a pet and it's healthy.
Moreover the explanation of Vikas was worth it.

They just talk about quality and mint money like hell!

They gave me 150grams of assorted seeds as hamster food for 400 rs. And sunflower seeds costing 300 rs for 150 grams.

But i got 1 kg sunflower seeds for 150 rs and 1.2 kg (1200 grams) of assorted seeds for 480 rs. And these are from good quality brands, lab tested.

Hamster Garden charges nearly 7 times more for the food! What a scam. Such a shame! Dont fool people in the name of quality.

Initially i thought things r little costly here, but after seeing the hamster and products provided in package i think they are worth it.would have rated 5 if costs were little less though.

Haven't visited the store offline, ordered and got all the amazing products delivered to my home in 24 hrs. Overall, i am very happy with my decision to buy from here.

Products are good and cannot be found elsewhere. The people are knowledgeable and the company is well researched. A go-to-place for sure if you have pet rodents. Items are a bit too costly though.

It has been a wonderful experience interacting with Vikas and learning about Hamster Garden. They helped us in every step of getting our syrian hamster home. As this was my first pet I was very nervous to buy it.but as I contacted Mr Vikas.he was so calm with explaining to me how the Hamsters are supposed to be dealt and taken care of.so and so.it took just a day for my baby Hamster to get adjusted to me n looking forward to where this bonding goes️

The place has a good collection of various rodents available which are well cared for.
You've got hamsters of various breeds of rats, Hamsters turtles, etc.

The price of hamsters available here is much higher than anywhere in Bangalore. Although the breeder justifies the high cost due to ethical breeding and quality of the hamsters.

Bedding material is available here along with food for the hamsters. They do not have any wire mesh or plastic cages as they recommend a glass cage. They have quite a few collection of glass cages but I was not satisfied with the size and again the high pricing.

Accessories for hamsters are a wheel, water bottle, etc. These are also a bit higher priced than your regular stores. I purchased the water bottles and hamster house to be kept inside the cage from online at a much cheaper price.

A Syrian Hamster requires a minimum of 8 inches wheel to run without arching it's back. A 10 inch size wheel is ideal. It's not available here nor anywhere else in entire Bangalore as small pets accessories are not that easily available in India.

Please do call ahead and visit the location as the store owner might not be available at all times.
He is quite knowledgeable about the rodents and also shares his knowledge with you. I had quite a few queries on how to care for a hamster and he explained it to me in detail about the same.

I can say that this place is a premium hamster store compared to other stores in Bangalore.

Amazing service! A lot of options and varieties of hamster were available. Same with toys and accessories as well. Customer service was on point and very helpful about information and awareness of how to care for your hamsters. I had kept calling them repeatedly having a lot of questions about hamster and it was always received well. Spot on, would recommend Hamster Garden to anyone looking to get hamsters.

I got two Australian mice for my niece as gift, but due to certain reasons, my uncle dint agree to have it with them.so I had to return it back to him. I got them in the morning and in the noon when I wanted to return them, he says items once sold can't be returned. He claims that he cannot take back even the food and other basic stuffs that we got. I don't have a very good opinion about this shop. People who want to buy stuffs from him need to be extra careful. He was very rude when I wanted to return it.

The pricing is also too high. Before going there, I checked all the prices online. Things are way cheaper on Amazon than this shop.and best of all you can return it on Amazon if you want.but to this man you can't return. Please check the pricing online about the hamster toys before you decide to buy it from him.

They have good collection and only keep things related to Hamster and Rat.

I am having Hamsters from past 2-3 year and bought many accessories but here same thing you will get in double.

Overall good collection but price is not reasonable. You can buy exactly same thing 30-50% cheaper online or any other pet store.

I always had dogs and cats but since a few days was really attracted towards rodents. Was lucky enough to have found this amazing place. Would surely recommend visiting Hamster garden and getting the rodents of your choice. It is my first time with rodents and I had no clue all I knew was hamsters were cute. But when I visited, the owner of the place was so patient and explained so well all the pros and cons of having them, clearing all my doubts and helpingme choose the best for me. Such a knowledgeable person, shows how much dedication he has put into the care of all his rodents. Nothing like what I had expected it to be. It is not just your normal pet store. Please do visit. 10 on 10 it is.

We had fantastic experience with Hamster Garden. We decided to get a pet hamster for our daughter and didn't have much knowledge (except net search) on how to manage. Mr. Vikas and his team at Hamster Garden took care to personally deliver the hamster along with the complete set up and explained all our doubts patiently. They maintain a one stop shop for all the items related to hamsters, and, we would surely keep on purchasing more toys and food from them. Highly recommended!

2 weeks ago I bought a male Syrian hamster, To be honest, these people have a very good knowledge about the hamsters and also very kind to the customers. I had been to several shops but they didn't meet my expectations.i recommended "Hamster Garden" to everyone who wants a good breed of hamsters and rats. Very much loved with their service.

I called him he is not responding telling lies wait an hour i will send photos but it's already 5 hours late so I called i told once na i will send wait
