Evry wrd uttered by this old man from this agency is a LIE! Looks deceive! Do not go on his words, he speaks as if he is saint n says Masha Allah In Shaa Allah in every sentence n fraud ppl openly! Thy dont respect ur precious time n hard earned money! Talking abt Service? There is NONE at all! Insha Allah, Allah will definitely take his class n i believe on his timing, Allah will make them pay for the suffer, trouble n pain that my parents had been through cz of him! My parents had vry difficult time by paying huge amount for haj 2023 to this agency whr there was lack of food, no proper stay, laundry, duration of days etc overall pathetic service and they don't stand on their commitment n words but rather do over commitment n show some pix n take hell lot of amnt promising a great service.which is jus a lie, aftr d trip wen u question abt services he says he's goin in loss n he is sorry! There is no value at all of ur health, ur money n ur time. They jus loot ppl's money n emotions!

Worst service.they have the worst service.this travel Agent Hana Haji is not the licence holder and dependent on others, he doesn't have any experience, No idea of hotels booked he gave accommodation in the worst hotel, no proper food, he gets u the food from come cheap hotel and no laundry service, had spend from our own pocket the distance from Haram to hotel he gave was 3.5 kms away. Please don't fall for this Old man's words (Chand bhai) every time he says "Inshallah, Mashallah" he is a big lier. Even after paying Rs725000 lakhs my mother had to go through with all his worst/pathetic service.

If at all u have not seen suffering in your life and want to experience what suffering is even after spending money then choose this travels Hana Haji. I guarantee you you will get the worst service ever.
