Dr. Varna V Rao at Hanumagiri clinic has been our family gynaecologist from past 28yrs. But she never ceases to amaze us till today. Our journey of pregnancy has been silky smooth, thanks to her. All you need to do is followup with the appointments. With any issues, with any queries she has a relatable answer, a testimony of her experience. She is very supportive of NORMAL delivery and guides us to work towards it.

The staff are very friendly and they always give you homely experience.

Got all the cardiac related evaluation and tests done for my self and my wife within one and half hour. I really appreciate their excellent services in a metropolitan city like Bangalore and doctor venugopal is a very senior doctor with heaps of experience

I have no option to rate it 0. But the worst experience i have had in this clinic.
Doctor is very arrogant and does just trial and error on patient.
Please don play with people emotions. If you are not capable just let it know and patient will go else where. Don give false hopes.
Also no proofs are given for any treatment, no bills, no scan reports nothing which is very bad.
Doctor should learn to smile and talk to patient not scold patient all time.

I got to know about Dr Varna Rao thru my sister. I consulted her for my pregnancy journey. She is very dynamic, knowledgeable and the best in the field! She was always supportive during my pregnancy check ups n scanning check ups. She built confidence in me, made me feel safe and secure! She was like a backbone and strength to me! She guides us in the right way! She clears all our doubts and also in case of emergency queries she is available on phone too. She is class apart and excellent in what she does!
On the day of my delivery I went in very late (fully dilated) to the hospital @4: 45AM but doctor rushed to the hospital in 10 minutes n started the delivery process (it was a normal delivery!).
I am forever grateful to her!
And talking about the clinic and staff it was like a home away home for me! I never felt I was going for check ups, the staff is so welcoming n kind! They are always cooperative! ️

The worst doctor. No patience. She literally dint care. Dr Varna she will never respond for phone … even though she responds she will be harsh.it’s my honest opinion think twice before getting treated from her.

We have known Dr. Varna Rao from about three decades now. Most of the pregnancies in our family was monitored and deliveries were performed by her and infact, I was also delivered by her and hence without any second thought, approached her for my pregnancy journey. We are very thankful to Dr Varna V Rao, she helped us in delivery of our Angel. Initially we were consulting a doctor in a reputed hospital, Everything was good in the beginning and we underwent all tests and scans required, we always wanted to deliver normally. So we used to follow whatever the doctor used to ask us to do, then suddenly during one of the consultations we were told that normal delivery will be difficult and she insisted us to go for cesarean by saying why to go through so much pain when it can be done easily by cesarean, as there will be cuts in both way of delivering baby. Then we decided to take a second opinion and we got to know about DR Varna V Rao from one of our friends. We visited Hanumagiri Clinic in the 9th month of my pregnancy and received positive feedback from Dr Varna Rao, Then after Two weeks from that day I gave birth to a healthy baby Girl (normal Delivery).

Excellent doctor
I underwent aortic wall replacement 19 years back by dr venugopal ramarao. I was one of the fist few patient getting operated OPEC hospital Raichur. He has operated more than 10000 cardiac surgeries till date and more than 250 surgeries in Opec hospital Raichur, in 2003. Excellent and very good Doctor. He has given me a new life. He is approachable and has lot of patience to talk to us and guide us. I visit him every 2 or 3 months travelling more than 500kms. The clinic facilities is so good that I get all my investigations done at one shot and leave with my prescription in close to 1 to 1.5 hours.

Dr. Varna Rao mam is a down to earth person. I knew her from past 20years. She treats very well both for pregnancies and gynic problems also. She is very humble speaking to patients. She not only thinks about which medicine is suitable for patients but also thinks cost wise also and prefers medicines which will not be a burden to patients. I am very thankful to her as she solved my gynic problem only with medicines without preferring to surgery.

The doctor might be knowledgeable and have good experience but he is not ready to spend even 5 mins with a patient he just suggests to take all the tests available in his clinic and doesn't even bother to check them and adivse

She is an amazing and wonderful person. At the time of my delivery, I was tested covid positive. The hospital had very strict rules and regulations. This is when covid was in high peak and vaccinations was yet to come. Dr Varna was the only one who supported us throughout the process and as she is a lactation consultant too, we were told about the importance of breast milk and how that can be the best medicine during the pandemic. She always responds in time to all my queries and worries and sometimes even during late nights. She does her job with belief, dedication and MIRACLES happen. I started my pregnancy journey in hanumagiri clinic and dr Varna was really professional and empathetic wvn during the covid times. I did not have any issues to do any of the scans or blood tests even during the 2020 lockdown in March to June. Even when I came back from Bangalore i consulted her over the phone for doubts which she graciously clarified. I had not consulted Dr Venugopal for myself but sir has very high level of commitment towards his patients which he even gets from other states. He reaches the opd early morning so that these out of state patients can get all their investigations the same day and leave. I hope the medical profession has more such doctors. 5 star rating from my side.
