The management is incredibly professional. All the services that they provide are without fault, they made sure I couldn't complain about anything. It was the most comfortable and convenient stay of my life. Cannot recommend it more.

My one and a half years at Happistay was very comfortable. This place has the best maintenance, and the management and staff are incredibly well-organized. Additionally, the rooms have adequate space and decent ventilation. Also this is one of the unique PGs which provides a complete kitchen setup.

Good location (5mins by walk to metro station), clean and hygienic.

Extremely good PG and nice management. During my one year stint, never faced any issues with neighbor tenants. Very cool and decent atmosphere for living.

This place is mostly neat, clean and well maintained.

The best thing about Happistay may be the way it is managed. I see that the management is constantly trying to improve the place (which is already pretty good to begin with). Any complaints are promptly resolved through their app.

As for the location, it is situated in a street off Whitefield main road. So, the street is peaceful but doesn't feel lonely. Bus stops, restaurants, supermarket, and other essential shops are at walkable distances. A metro station is also not far away.

Additionally, as a girl, I've felt safe here. So, expressing my gratitude here to the manager, caretaker, security people, the housekeepers and the owners who have helped me have a pleasant stay.

It was a great experience living here. The staff is very professional and they do solve your issues and problems instantly. The place is well maintained and kept clean always.

I got confused with Happilife & Happistay, but finally landed in the happistay, it was close to the main road, so it's easy to catch the bus

Have to walk in a bit.relaxed atmosphere.only good if you want to self cook or use the cooks available at extr cost

I am a resident of Happistay since Dec 2021 and the place has exceeded expectations in terms of infrastructure and hospitality. Cleanliis top notch, wifi speed is good, commom area and rooms are spacious. Staff is beyond friendly. Overall, the place has positive vibes and its a plug and play setup where u just need to bring in your clothes and start living. The pictures shown are same as in reality.

They offer wardrobe, bed, attached bathroom with hot water, mini fridge, tv with tatasky, high speed wifi. Also has common & sharing basis things like kitchen, gass top, induction, washing machine, microwave, Ro water dispenser, table tennis table, foosball. 24/7 security, DG power backup, Daily housekeeping, kitchen care taker. Best place in Whitefield to stay for both couples and individuals.

I had a great experience with their support, they seem to genuinely care about their customers. The team was always available to answer and resolve any questions I had. I highly recommend you turn to them for all of your housing needs, comfortable room, highly recommended.

The rooms are clean, maintained daily. The people are friendly, and any issues are quickly sorted out using app. You can get a lot of stuff nearby from the stores too, so it's located in a good place. Great place to stay.

One of the best pg's in the area. We have an app to raise tickets for issues and the action taken is immediate. The owner Mr. Lal maintains the property very well in terms of cleanliness to any repairs/requests by the resident's.

Based on my personal experience I have come a cross alot of issues in the premisis. Common areas are not very clean and the TT room which is actually for people to paly as become a second room to dry clothes.

I stayed there for 6months and the people around me were very noisy when I raised an issue with the management I was told to vacate the palce

I am basically from Himachal pradesh my daughter wanted to shift to bangalore to join her work in November, we worried since we knew nothing about the place whitefield, we were lucky to visit this place happistay, initially we were doubtfull that will they render the services what they promised but it's been two month's the service what they provide is above my expectation level, took time to review so that can help many to find right place to stay without hustle, As it did to my daughter.

This place is located 10 minutes from Phoenix Marketcity. It is very well maintained. It has very clean rooms. On the top floor there is a board game, and a common kitchen. The view from the top floor is very beautiful. There is an additional charge for food, which is not included in the price.

The stay at Happistay was pleasant. Everyone was very amicable and helpful. Mr. Raju, the property manager/caretaker, was very supportive during my time there, and he was eager to find a feasible solution whenever needed. Throughout the process, he was contactable and communicated with a gentle attitude. Other members of the management team also accommodated our requests, so we had a hassle-free stay. It was a great place with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent room service.

Horrible services and worst management. There is no rules and regulations for anything. Kitchen is over crowded always. Too many cockroaches and no pest control. Owner is partial towards the South Indians only. He has no respect for anyone. Very rude behavior. Dont come to Happistay its only for name sake HAPPISTAY the stay is not happy at all.

Undoubtedly, the best coliving space in the city! The owner and team provide the best facilities and are always available to answer your queries. Extremely professional and flexible behaviour! Loved every bit of my stay here

The place is nice to stay. But the owner is very manipulative. He doesn't give contracts for tenants. He is troubling people staying for more than 1year and I am one of them. In the name of COVID guidelines they change their rules every 2days.

Not have good management and the owner always say to vacate the property without any reason and increases the rent very 6months

The place is good to stay, the owner has no standard rules for all he keeps changing his terms and conditions as an when he likes and however people manipulate him. We are all working people and we stay away from home to have a good experience not face drama everyday. Will never recommend anyone to come and stay here.

The location of building is good but the building is haunted and the staff is not doing anything about it.

Very scary place like someone is behind you, one day I was got scared because of scary voice in my 2nd floor and after that I complainted to owner but he was like ur creating nuisance and then he gave me notice to vacate

This co-living space is the best in Whitefield. Large spacious rooms. It makes you feel like you are at home. The facilities are very good. The housekeeping staff is also very friendly and professional.

At first look the property looks like a well planned and maintained, professional one. Every room has one mini fridge, one TV, one study table and individual cupboards. Two occupancy max.
There is a large kitchen on the 6th floor with 5 gas stoves, 2 induction stove, a fridge and all kinds of cooking utensils and lockers for storing groceries.
The terrace has TT table and a washing machine bay with around 5 machines.
All this with also parking at the basement.
A really good package at affordable price. And looks like they have a very good management.
My brother just moved in. Will know how the services are going ahead.

I moved to Bangalore in the month of April 2021 which was in a mid of pandemic. I really like the maintenance and following SOP of Happistay and the big deal is consistency which fades over time. I thank Staff and owner (lalchand) making my initial stay in bangalore easy and comfortable. If anyone looking to stay near to Whitefield with good amenities and clean environment Happistay is a top pick.

Nice place to stay as rooms are well maintained and almost every facility is given as per people's choice. Rooms have TV, Fridge, Study Table, Wardrobe and Bed with mattress. There is a community kitchen with 4 gas stoves to cook food for yourself. You can even opt for daily food service from nearby hotel which is tied to HappiStay. 5 fully automatic machines on terrace to wash your clothes and big area with ropes to dry washed clothes. Table tennis and foosball for recreation. CCTV unit for security and drink water dispensers on each floor. All in good place with many facilities. However the price is bit high for the service given.
