The area is somewhat peaceful and clean, not much noise, be it from neighborhood or vehicles.
The parking area is small but can accommodate two wheelers.
There is lift facility
1bhk rooms are small but manageable.
The kitchen set up is in the living room itself and right next to it is the washroom, this is a small negative I found. There is a small fridge and a microwave owen. Geyser is there in the washroom.
Living room also has sofa, a small study table and a tv. Balcony view is okay and is not blocked by buildings, balcony is at the end of the living room
Bedroom is a bit small, has a double cot and a 3compartment almirah.
Washing machine and drinking water is common and is situated in the terrace, this is another negative I found as there is 1 or max 2 washing machines.
The terrace has a roofed portion where there are chairs, small tables and a big screen TV.
House keeping facility is also there.
There are shops and food joints available in walkable distance so you wont find it an issue to buy necessities or go out to eat.
Overall for a fully furnished apartment I think the rate is somewhat good considering the location.

The customer service at the property is pathetic. They have signed a contract which says that the utility bills are included in the rent but they have been billing me for it for the last 2 months. When I raised a complaint with proof, they aren't trying to solve the issue rather are giving general responses!

Very affordable and out of the way place to live in. Complete freedom, privacy and amenities are provided.

I would recommend this place to everyone. The property manager Mr. Kajal is a amazing person. While my stay, if I didn't even get WiFi network, he will look into that matter and get it sorted. He is very helpful unlike the other managers. The flats are well maintained and very clean. You have all the necessary appliances like microwave, television, fridge, gyeser and induction. It's a five floor building with Lift facility. The property has parking space and power backup. Whatever I saw on the App, it's exactly how it is. The cleaning is done by the housekeepers who make sure that your flat shines. The terrace is beautiful with sofa seating and PS4. What else you need after that. My overall experience was excellent and I would suggest this place to stay for sure.

Very nice place to stay, rooms are clean and well maintained. Will stay next time.
