One of the worst experience ever in Harsha.
I hd purchased a TV in October 2021.
From the day i brought it's having HDMI issues.
The call centre ppl say we registered your complaint
Next day when i call.they be like you didnt register any complaint.
It's been 7 months after purchase still no response.
Harsha falnir call centre staff doesn't have manners of talking to customer also.
And the service manager is a big liar.
And usually all the electronic items we used to buy from Harsha itself
But this was the worst experience ever

Had a bad experience this time while shopping in Harsha. I’m from Belthangady and Most of my household electronics items and non electronic items are purchased from Harsha. I had gone to purchase the Air conditioner and the sales department told me that there will be Harshotsava and to visit that day for better offers. I had purchased the A/C but sad to say that the billing department didn’t mention nor explain about offers on SBI credit card. I’m so disappointed with the Service.

I was purchased a laptop Lenovo 70,000 the given used laptop as new when I call Lenovo customer care Mumbai they said warranty card name changed, dnt trust Harsha fruad company, they given bad laptop speaker, display gone in after purchasing 4 months bad experience plz dnt buy any items in Harsha

This is my 2nd visit at Harsha, collection of the electronic equipment is very good. They also have collection kitchen & other items. I recommend this place.

Have Branded Electronic applications with wide varieties of range. Friendly staffs assist the customers to fullfil their purchases.

I had bought a Lenovo laptop from the showroom about 11 months back and had to give it for a service and they asked me to give it to a service center near sapna book house and it's been more than 2 weeks and they haven't returned my laptop yet and they aren't responding properly.

One stop destination for all electricals and electronics needs. Slightly costly items but excellent after sales services.

Plenty of electronics to check out. But they will only sell what they like, fewer models available since people are used to tons of models across online so shopping store wise have limited options. Good and decent staff. Everything you need for a home is available.

First they will treat u very nicely. But once u do your payment they don't even care if u need any help.
They don't even receive your calls

Harsha was a good place for shopping. But, nowadays, filled with new faces, who require little more fine tuning in customer service. They also need to extend price advance for the customers as they are a multi city store owners

Very bad services once u finished buying items then u need to forget their help for any services for the items u buyed. And main problem they never pick phones.
Before buying they will entertain you like anything. Yes sir ok sir what should I do for you sir bla bla.

Last month I purchased a Sony home theatre.unfortunately it get down, i complained to harsha people, the very next day Sony people came and get it repaired, meanwhile the harsha people frequently asked about the progress
So I am very much thankful to harsha digital thank you

It is situated near Hampankatta, it has got 3 separate floors for different items. At first floor we can find Mobile phones, smart TV's and Laptops. In 2nd floor we can see All Home Appliances. Finally at 3rd floor washing machine, AC, Refrigerator and oven was available. Staffs are being nice at this place.

Horrible experience at harshotsava. Please hire good staff. I will not recommend anybody to buy there since they treat you badly after buying items worth a lakh. After lockdown people are behaving worst than wild animals. Sorry to say this!

Worst Shopping Experience Ever! I would not recommend this place to anybody. In the name of providing after sales service, they looted huge sums of money and never provided after sales services on persistent request instead kept arguing. At the time of selling they made huge tall claims for providing after sales services but once they sell the goods, they just don't care about providing after sales services and standing with their claims. Please don't be lured by their false claims. Prices are also high as compared to the other shops. Just gave one star just to put my review here otherwise i will not give even a star.

One pathetic store ever in m'lore! The worst ever service received so far from this store! I'm not able to give you a zero star as there is no option. So 1.
Reasons:
1. No store Manager: - When asked to executives if I could speak to the manager for feedback, the reply I got is, 'he is on leave'! This is not just ones, it was on different days and for weeks manager isn't available! Kudos Harsha Falnir, for performing without a store Manager!
2. Newly purchased laptop (within 2 months) has various issues and when returned for service, they don't even bother to contact the customer on the status of repair.
3. Specifically reported the Keyboard issue in the laptop, literally stated the certain keys aren't functioning and what do they check is for software update! Double kudos to the tech guy there! And not to forget, even after proving right Infront of them about the keyboard issue, they wait for a week to confirm, yes the keys are defective, and they wait for me to visit the showroom without even fixing it or giving a call for this!
4. It's been a Month long of wait, almost visited the store 5 times, just to check if the laptop is fixed! Yet no positive results!
5. IMPORTANTLY, they claim to have TEN support phone numbers to the store, yet none of them have inbound facility! Woww.

Respectfully, whomsoever is managing the store, if you are reading this just a request to improve the quality of support, your staff seem to be owners and not EXECUTIVES

Tried calling many multiple times, either it will be busy or call will not be received by anyone. Customer service has to be improved.

I've been buying household items from Harsha for 20+ yrs (KS Rao road). Pretty good products, service and competitive price.

However, of late due to expansion, the service level of the sales ppl seem to hv gone down. You don't get the same service as one wud expect upon looking at big hoardings. The service quality that the owner wants to provide, might not hv percolated down to junior levels. Pls look into this issue and plan to train them properly.

Phone is another issue. Nobody seems to pick the calls even when I try calling 2-3 no.s. Such issues make us go to online retailers like Amazon. Thanks.

We had bought an oppo mobile which was not what we wanted and they did not show any mobile that we wanted.ac that we had bought took lot of time to be installed. The land line is either
always busy or ordo not recieve it.
