Very cooperative staff. They made arrangements to get a laptop that was out of stock and maintained contact for a whole week before it arrived. Good products available at affordable prices, especially during festive seasons like Dusshera & Diwali.

Worst place ever in Udupi. It's been here since forever and consistently giving bad service to customers. I also believe they give out defective products because whenever you call the customer care to repair their products, they keep delaying it. It causes so much inconvenience to the elderly at home and gives anxiety. For a shop that's been in Udupi forever, this is pretty disappointing. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend this place. Out of 5 stars, I'd like to give a black hole. Go to Croma or buy online.

Very very unfriendly staff and not at all customer centric. And beware when you get anything for changing or repair.

Interested only in sales. Their service dept sucks. They dont respond, you need to follow up in person multiple times. They make you feel why did you purchase from them. If you question, they will ask you to deal directly with manufacturers even when your product is under warranty.

Good place for electronics, the service section needs improvent as they sometimes deny spares, if the product nit bought from them

Too costly shop. Sells almost every product on MRP. You can get the products online that too with upto 25percent discount.

Very Bad Service after Buying the Product, Kept the Item For 10 Days which was given for Repair, Then no updates about it. When we called for the updates they are saying it takes one more week. One guy says 800 rs for repair, another says 1000rs and Supervisor says 1400rs. People are not having any knowledge about the product.

Staffs are very polite and very professional. Provide very genuine product with a genuine information. But I think the management is not that good.

I bought a Videocon television from Harsha, Udupi on the 20th of December 2018 (bills attached) and was utterly disgusted with the services. Firstly the executives were hell bent on pushing the brand and model down our throat. When we asked to check other brand the executives within themselves were discussing in Kannada not to show any other brand and to make sure they dump the Videocon on us, thinking that we do not understand Kannada. Secondly the executive sold us a 2 years extra warranty when the television covered 3 years free warranty which was clearly mentioned on the sticker on the Television screen (pic attached of the bill and the 3 years warranty sticker on the TV screen). This is purely a case of cheating and when we confronted the executive the next day they did not have the proper answers. Eventually when we bought the TV home we found that the remote was missing which was delivered to us the next day evening after repeated requests. I am very very disgusted with the way the entire episode was handled and have promised myself not to patronise Harsha anymore. For making extra money on something which should come free with the appliance I give a big thumbs down to Harsha and the staff.

Now it is a household name and they have nearly twelve branches spread all over Karnataka. They have a separate division for home furniture.
