They are liars and never stick to there words. Mentioned about the AC car but the final driver wasn't using AC. Increased the total kms basis their flexibility. Strongly won't recommend this to anyone as they will come over with this nuisance after your trip and spoil it.

I had hired cabs for Airport drop and pick up at Bengaluru a few times. They were prompt, courteous and safe even for single ladies to travel in the night

First time using this service for airport travel. Pick up time was 3: 30AM. Booked at night and easily got the confirmation. We shared our details and within few minutes got my driver details too.
Our driver was Shrikanth, who was very polite and pleasing person. He upfront messaged me 1 hour before our actual pick up. His proactive behaviour impressed us. He was on time and droped us safely. His behaviour & warm nature made us comfortable and happy.

I have both my daughters in banglore and even on odd hours we can trust harshika tours service to pick and drop. They are the best in banglore and safety comes first in their mind.i would definitely recommend them.

Pros:
Car was very good. I took Innova crysta. Very good condition. I took it for 4 days (tirupati and udupi). Agent was also good, which whom I made the booking.
Cons:
But driver was creating problem at the end of the trip during billing. Asking for unnecessary charges like car wash charges, one more day charge (charge for extra 300km) for exceeding just 10 mins. Changed the per km rate at the end of the trip.
Driver came late by 1hr, and still took one full duty charge for exceeding 2hrs at the end. Some issue with the vehicle during the trip for which it had to be in garage for one night, we missed one spot due to that. No compensation for that.

Overall I would still recommend Harshika travels, just need to be careful with the driver.

The travel agency drivers are very professional, polite, and are very safe. I used travel services couple of times. They were always on time, coordinated well for pick ups, and were very reasonable on charges. I have never seen them charging extra even if it was raining or there were traffic jams. I highly recommend Harshika tours and travel.
