We got a Pug puppy from here to gift it to our friend, the puppy is super active and cute. Our friend loved it, the owner was very patient in explaining the diet and other stuffs. He came for us at night around 10 PM to give us the puppy.

Given below are the screenshots of the review I uploaded and the reply I got. I never said, that I came personally. I just said I used to buy. I either dunzoed it or aked my husband to buy it. Look at the kind of reply he gave. He defamed me. He insulted me and openly said that I'm cheap. He made comments over things he doesn't know. I'm a professor and how dare he make a comment on me like that. NOW YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF A PERSON THIS OWNER IS. I'm going forward with defamation case.

Though you get most of your Pet's needs, compared to other s hops it's pricey and owner or the person who sits at the shop is not helpful/ friendly.

Went on a weekend, shop was closed. Called the owner, who said he would be there in 2 mins; we waited for 10 and he neither turned up nor answered our call! Went back a few days later, a 42"dog crate that is available online for 5K and at other stores for 7-8K, this guy quoted 12K (more than double) and said he would give it for 11K. I wouldn't go there if I were you: (

They have a huge variety of products that are well monitored for expiration dates. I have a pug dog and staff is very knowledgeable of the needs and care for all of your pets. Customer service is never a problem and always open to your concerns.

Best pet shop in Bangalore. Mr Madhu is very dedicated and loving towards his customers. He takes care of us like we are family. He has helped me in many emergency requirements of my pets and I am eternally thankful to him! Love this shop, love the attitude of the owner. Today I sent a delivery agent and requested to send a transport box and belt for my cat. He has given the perfect size just based on the photos he has seen of my cat. Too good.

Superb pet shop I had gone their at 2: 00mid night the came and opened the shop and gave all the required accessories for my pregnant dog which was littering and the owner gave the best suggestion and he also said he is going to buy all the pup's once they are ready.nice shop
