Ambiance was worst. More over no supportive staff. Snails were fornd in bathrooms. Tv was not in a good condition even if we asked for it too much of delay and even that was unsuccessful. Never expected such a service in coorg.

The room was full of insects. If you are scared of insects (as i m very much scared of it) like big size snails and very big spiders and other insects please dont book it.
Although the staff was very polite, but the stay was not at all comfortable for the price of 3k fora day. The hotel very badly require renovation and maintenance.
The bathroom was full of snails.
The room is not as shown in pictures.
I wouldn't recommend this homestay to anybody.

The Worst service.rooms are not good at all. Flush is not working, geyser is there but no hot water. Bathroom is full of snails. Also bathroom was not cleaned before providing the rooms. No neatness at all. We ordered 3kg cake for new year. We ate less than half of the cake and asked to keep remaining in fridge but instead this they played with our cake throwing on each other in front of us and lied to us that we ate. However today they confessed they had fun with the remaining cake. Your people should know nothing comes for free. Are you going to provide me free stay over here? If not, Then why are you taking customers for granted. Very pathetic behaviour of staff. Me and my friends will never recommend anyone to stay at this place. To be precise I don't drink or smoke at all and my colleagues were partying with a small speaker. Also police never scold them and it was normal talk and they asked to turn off the music as it was 11 pm. But the worst thing was that your staff was still partying and then we saw throwing our cakes from terrace ot was about to hit us as well. We stayed there for one more night after new year night. So no one ran from your premises. Rather than accepting your mistakes and try to improve you are making fake stories for visitors. I can imagine what kinda mentality you people have. There were families with kids too so what vulgar behaviour are you talking about. I have videos and photos as well. Don't use such words to make your point.

Worst service, no proper hospitality at all, they have charged 2500 per night which includes breakfast and campfire but they dint provide sufficient food n campus fire was promised for two days and provided one day. In case you need peace with good food and relaxation I wouldn’t suggest this place as the service is pathetic. There is one receptionist Tanu who is extremely rude and villager doesn’t have decency to talk sense with customers.

5 star rating for the staff. The owner was one of the most friendly person i had ever met. The staff were great and very helpful. I was very satisfied with their services, but please read fully to know my experiences.
1.one of the balcony doors cant be latched and opens when pushed. (owner please take note and fix it)
2. Me and my family experienced some paranormal activity in the room we stayed with balcony which was scary. (may be it was just our imagination but it cant be ignored)
Rest every thing was good. First class stay.
To the owner please put more bright lights in the room.
It was a good stay if i take out paranormal activity out of context.

This is the best cottage to spend your holiday in coorg. The view from balcani room is superb. Enjoyed a lot in campfire and while making barbique. The food service is too good.

Excellent place and great ambience. Too good if you are planning to relax and explore in the cradle of nature. Ideal place to hang out with family and friends. May expect rains any time, but sure you will enjoy that too. Great hospitality with tasty food. Great deal! Would love to visit again

It's good stay for family, safe for women (within Madikeri) and if anyone expecting to experience complete isolation with greenary then they have to think, overall it's good stay, having all the amenities and owner is very friendly, never hesitate to provide anything guests asked

Unhygenic rooms, found frog in the toilet, cockroaches underneath the bed. Before booking i had a look at the room but could not find the cocroaches as they hide.

I called the hotel staff, they promised deep cleaning, bit again second night i found baby cockroach.

Basic hygiene missing.
