HBR BDA Shopping Complex, HBR Layout / Experteventflingg

I went here for Aadhar update. It will be done on first floor of BDA complex. They do this by giving tokens. There was a long line out there for tokens. Token timings - 8.30am to 9.30 am. If you come by 6.30, you will get a token to do it on same day, means you need to wait outside of Bengaluru one office for 2 hours.

Please see my token, I went on 26th Feb and token came out for me as 2nd March. I came late and was so many ppl in front of me.

Bad maintenance of the infrastructure. Looks desserted but the shops inside are very helpful and kind.

Useful place for any documentation. From estamp, adhaar, pvc card printing, BBMP ward office, Bangalore one to paying utility bills, this place has got it all. Its not a fun place to hangout though, just serious government office work.

This is not exactly a shopping complex, but you can get e-stamp, bngalore one, and some stationary stores there.

Resources wasted and underperformance of authorities fails to bring out the best of this public utility space

Had to visit Bangalore One to have the address updated in Aadhar card, the procedure is too long and poor customer service

Good complex for getting rental agreements done, Notary attestation etc. Nilgris Supermarket also present!

A place with all in one facilities, has many variety of shops, including xerox, stationary, bills payments, fruit / veggies shops, nilgiri too

You will get to shop basic daily needs in the complex. Govt services can be availed here. Limited parking available. Easy to notice from normal traffic. Location is easily accessible.

You can expect to get your daily groceries here. Not much of a happening place. But in case of emergency few things are available.

As the name indicates, not found that much shopping centres here. It is located near JSS public school.

Aadhar card, pan card, other government documents are done here. And Many stationery shops are available in BDA complex

Its located in HBR layout and in this complex Bangalore one is there were we can pay the bills and its very use ful

Bengaluru one centre working is satisfactory. Applied for khata transfer through Sakala GSC. Expected date 04-05-2019.

Needs a lot.of improvement. Can be make it more beneficial.to HBR residents if.proper planning n maintenance is done. Many shops r still empty

Nothing great to do mainly Bangalore one and bbmp office and other business centre's are available

Few shops working, one homeopathic clinic, watch repair, stationary store, Bangalore one, notary or lawyer, kids dress shopping and salon.parking available inside the complex

One of the good shopping complex.hygienic place mostly specialized in electronics, still its under development.

You will find bbmp here, who's services are not computerised, the ARO officer is absent all time, your work or documentation is delayed atleast fr 10 days. Lazy buggers.
Apart from bbmp you find nilgiris and stationary shop. Also has police station. Unclean untidy place.

In the dinosaur age, before the advent of megamall culture in Bangalore, BDA shopping complexes came closest to being one.

Unfortunately, anything typically maintained in this country on public money is generally unkempt. This is so true of these shopping complexes.

Beetle nut stains on the wall, mold, peeling paint, dimly lit corners, dysfunctional redtrooms, dirty stairs etc.give one the impression of a relic of a bygone era.

While there are many businesses operating out of the complex, I usually visit the place to pay my utility bills at Bangalore one centre. Good luck with parking.

Get most of your Government related ID's here. Token based services, sometimes takes little bit more time than expected.

Ample parking space with multiple shops, grocery, stationary, gift, hair Spa, computer etc. It has Bangalore one, bpmp and GST commission office as well.

Government service so worst service. Employees are unprofessional to the customers. Manners less people
