Tower 3,4th floor, Dr. Sachin, and team is very good. Overall service of Hematology dept staff like doctors, sisters & house keeping is excellent.
Today we came for bone marrow biopsy test and it is done successfully. Thanks to Dr Yeshashwini, Dr Gautham & Co-ordinator Mrs Rohini.

Excellent doctors and support staff. Consultation was prompt and accurate. They are available offline as well incase of follow-ups and answering any queries. The thing that does not work is logistics and requires contstant over the top monitoring.

My wife K. Saradha OPD no. 238570 was admitted on 9th October 2023 and surgery was performed by Dr. Krithika Murugan. ONCOLOGIST on 10th October 2023. We explained our problems to doctor, who patiently listen and advised the course of action. After surgery I met the doctor, who recommended for psiotherapy. The arrangements done by the hospital authorities are excellent. Also all staff, especially Mamtha sister and others helped my wife K. Saradha (op 238570) who was admitted for treatment by Dr. Krithiga Murugan. Thanks a lot.

My sister was suffering from grade 3 breast cancer from 2018. We received very good guidance and treatment from her oncologists Dr. Shekar Patil and Dr. Sashidhar.even though they told us that we were late they gave quality treatment for her and she fought and survived this for 5 years.

Lab Testing (Stand Lifesciences)
I'm writing this review to bring it to everyone's notice. My doctor at HCG advised me to get even simple blood tests at Stand life sciences only because that's what he's been instructed to do from management.

They take 5X the cost of other labs, doctors at HCG tell us they won't accept any other test but ONLY Strand Lifesciences. For an old patient, we have to stand in the queue at the hospital to pay the 5X higher bill, then wait with the patient for phlebotomist sample collection and then wait for 1-2 days to collect the report - this report isn't available online to customers until they go and collect it at the physical location inside HCG hospital (this also involves waiting in queue).

Strand has now been acquired by Reliance. This kinda stuff will only increase more. I request all patients to question things rather than just accepting them.

From Mysore we came and approach Mr Chandrasekhar M S (MSW).
He made us to meet Dr Belliappa, Radiation Oncologist and Dr Shaker Patil, Medical Oncologist.
After investigation, immediately they started the treatment (Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy)
It's going good, Mr. Chandrasekhar M S (MSW) co ordinated in each and every step like radiation procedure, treatment, admition process and discharge process and all team doctor's and nursing staff and management is very helpful. Thanks to HCG.

Getting a simple appointment with a Doctor is a monumental task here. Very worst experience with the Reception Desk.

One of the worst experience faced two days back. Father got admitted to this hospital with a feel of getting better in the treatment but Dr Kallur promised us to go for a treatement without side affect which costs around 3.8 lac per dose. Morning we entered with a admission which you need move between towers for admission process. Infrastructure especially lift was so bad it took 30 min to repair and finally admitted. Dr saw the blood report and said all looks fine.and after few hrs treatment started and less than 2 hrs he got a cardiac arrest and we lost all the hopes. Dr moved him to ICU for 3hrs and charged us a lac for the same day and we moved him to sagar hospital for hear treatment. Our concern is dr dont have basic humanity to explain us what has happened and wht is the next options for us. Please think twice before you admit to this graveyard hospital

Everything is fine Treatment wise is very good. Doctors are very good and supportive. Doctors Vishal Rao and his all are very good doctors.very happy with nursing team all are very helpful and supportive.

Dr Roshni has been exceptional with her involvement and engagement with patients. Extremely caring and understanding of patient's emotional well being. The support staff Mr Sunderraj in housekeeping is exceptional in his service standards. Ms Chaitra has been a person who has always helped us from the first visit and ever willing to help. My name is Priyanka Garg. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in June 2018 and got my surgery done in September, after which I developed lymphedema on my right arm.

With immense courage I went through the chemotherapy cycles and surgery, but couldn't handle the fact that my hand was not in a normal working condition. I was extremely depressed when I couldn't use my right hand like before.

That is when I got introduced to the team of physiotherapy in HCG Hospital. Doctor Mudassir Rashid who handled my case, is proficient in dealing with not only lymphedema but also bringing his patients back to normal life after or during their battle with cancer. His efforts and encouragement motivates patients towards healing. He not only guides the patients as doctor for their physical well being but also takes care of their mental well-being as a good friend. His friendly and compassionate approach towards his patients is a unique quality.

A counsellor, a mentor and of course a very efficient physiotherapist, Dr Mudassir has given a new definition to healing. I am very thankful to him for showing me the right direction to heal my lymphedema. Due to his guidance and efforts my hand is almost back to normal. Practicing exercises shown by him has immensely help me to overcome my lymphedema and I am able to use my hand normally.

This note is just a summary of the immense efforts put up by the physiotherapy department which is actually beyond words. I strongly recommend physiotherapy after any surgery to get back to normalcy.

My Dad went through a surgery here under guidance of Dr. Mahesh B, the care taken here is utmost and all the procedure is well explained in detail to the satisfaction of patients. Recently  visited Dr. Mudassir for frozen shoulder. I was very much impressed by his approach, in a week time I got very good result.now I am able to move my hand freely. He made videos and sent  to me so that I can do the exercises planned by him properly  at home which helped me a lot. He is very humble  and always available to help. Has excellent knowledge.

We had enquired about the hospital and it's services rom a few friends, and thankfully, the doctor who was assigned to us initially, informed us that he is a consultant surgeon here. We were relieved to hear this as we would be getting treatment from the best doctor that we know and at one of the top hospitals. I am a Medical specialist in Australia, my mother aged 74 years with unilateral rt lower limb lymphoedema since almost 2 years. We have had her go through extensive investigations to rule out malignancy which has come back clear but could not get the right place to start Physio therapy. This time around I came and made an appointment with the physiotherapist- Dr Mudassir Rashid. I was very impressed by his approach, he drew out a plan and explained step by step in simple words the strategies he will be using to reduce the lymphoedema. In a weeks time he has shown excellent results with a reduction in edema by 50 % which we have not been able to achieve in the last 12 months. It is reassuring that we have such fantastic and reliable services being provided by Dr Mudassir.

Before coming to HCG, i had very little knowledge on what physiotherapy was all about. However my engagements with Dr. Paavani (ICU) and Dr. Chetan (general ward) have given me a lot of insights and broaden my knowledge on what physiotherapy entails. I am indeed very grateful to these two Doctors for their patience, friendly and overwhelming assistance they have given to me in my breathing exercise and movements. My name is Jackline Mauta a breast cancer survivor since 2013 from Kenya who has visited HCG hospital for review and treatment of the same. I developed oedema of my right hand after surgery and have been going on for treatment in my country to no help. I thank God at HCG hospital in Bangalore India i met Dr MUDASIR RASHID in the hospital in the physiotherapy department who is doing great work for me. He is trained and understands the right manual drainage Technics for the hand and the right procedure. The doctor is polite and humble and i would advice other doctors to emulate him in the same behaviour.
