We were sceptical as we didn’t know whom to approach for a surgery like this & we weren’t mentally prepared for any of it. But he guided through every step & helped us understand everything regarding the procedure & the treatment.
His friendly nature and positive approach was what we needed more than medication. His work is exceptionally good.

Hi everyone, I would like to share my experience with HCG Double road hospital. My Father is undergoing treatment in this hospital. I would like to really thank Dr. Govind Babu sir for his best treatment. My Father has recovered a lot. I would also thank Yashaswini madam for helping us getting the medicines on time without any followup. All the hospital staff are very friendly and helpful. Finally i would appreciate the insurance admin team for their wonderful job. Thanks to HCG Double road hospital. Personally i would recommend this hospital.

Good hospitality service even for esi we are taking top level of treatment thanks to hcg team

"Adding life to years" supposedly is their saying. How they do that while swindling people in need of money to treat cancer, which is already expensive to treat is beyond me.

We walked into HCG hoping to get a second opinion from a reputed doctor, to ensure we are doing all we can to preserve a life. All was well with the hospital till we walked in, booked an appointment, paid the nominal fee and consulted the doctor.

The second they knew it was a second opinion and that we weren't likely to come back, they dutifully prepared a second bill enlisting the item "SECOND OPINION - BASIC PACKAGE" and charged us a whopping 2000 extra!
It felt like they just invented this as a means to take more money from us.and for what exactly? For a doctor to agree with the treatment another doctor had already provided?

Absolutely disgusted with this mentality from a center supposedly dedicated to helping people in need. Would never walk back into HCG or recommend it to anyone, it has the name but definitely not inclined to helping people. Please don't go to HCG they are only dedicated to taking your money!

I would like to share the worst possible agony while undergoing Radiation Therapy to my wife KANTHA SRINIVAS which started on 2nd of January
First the patient has to wait hours together for therapy
Second it is all the they complain about the the machine maintenance which is hampering g Therapy
Why don't the Management take care of this to alleviate the problem

Recently I've visited this Hospital with My mother, Almost one month we were there for Treatment This is the best Hospital for Radio n Kemotherapy. Especially about Doctor's n Staff Excellent in All the time with Good Communication. About Staff, Manjunath sir was in Radiology dept he is the great informative n helper at all times. Recently visited HCG double road hospital for one of my friend, from the first visit itself we felt so positive towards the treatment and patient care. Looking positive towards the treatment.

My mother got diagnosed on Jan'21 and now she is no more. HCG is just money making centre. My mother got infected at hospital. Government hospital is better than HCG bio. ICU doctors are very unprofessional and they will be busy in talking their personal things and they won't care even if patient is dying.its waste of your time and money. Try somewhere else. If you select HCG bio, be ready to loose your loved ones.

Would like to take opportunity to thank Dr. Belliappa, Dr. Suneetha, Dr. Shekar Patil and especially the supporting staff in Radiotherapy including Radiotherapy technologist, Front office
coordinator, Nursing and housekeeping for providing best service.
Also thank the operations and Management team for giving discount considering our economic status.

HCG Double road pharmacy people are rude. Bad behaviour towards customer. Very un professional and lazy people.

How much ever thanks I give to the hospital management that will be less. My tons of gratitude to the hospital management, Dr. Gopinathan and team, all nurses and other support functions staffs.
This was my first experience where my patient's treatment was going on and I was owing more than half of the entire bill amount but there was no pressure came to me for payment.
It was our bad luck that we lost our uncle due to multi organ failure otherwise hospital left no room for complain.
Everyone in hospital shown empathy and supported their best.
Must to mention that hospital released the body on the basis of post dated cheque of amount half the final bill which no other hospital in India will do I guess.

One of the worst hospital, very worst manner staff and doctor they are taking international customer and doing services like footpathi services and looting the money from them my auntie is admiting hospital still now with in 2 days made bill 98 thousands don't know what they made even though lift is not working properly need to wait for lift 15/20 minutes. If I ask for something to staff they are not giving proper response. I am never ever refer to any person to the hospital.

I strongly recommend this hospital for cancer treatment.

One thing I observed most of all stafs are senior citizens.the authority give life to senior citizens that is the important thing.but treatment process is very slow.waiting waiting.this is the major problem of this Hospital.please concentrate on that thing?

Do not go to this Hospital, Dr. Govind Babu was the oncologist for my Mother. He killed my mother with the overdose on second Chemotherapy. He has no idea about how patients body respond to medicines and frankly he doesn't care about patients lives.

I warn all the patients and their family members to think twice before stepping in to this hospital. This hospital is a rip off and they are highway robbers. I lost my father in law trusting the Doctors sugar coated words. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come in contact with any of the Doctors at HCG.

Please do not go to this hospital unless you are filthy rich. They constantly talk only about money, money and money. They do not provide correct information to the patient but will constantly speak about the money that has to be paid. When the hospital focus is money, how will they ever focus on the patient's health?

OPD is understaffed. There are only 2 staff so patients need to wait for too long for them to attend. Take care of your staff first later you can treat patients well. Management is pathetic.

Please don't go to this hospital.they killed my mother.when we took her for check up they diagonised it as tb and they did operation and later they said cancer they couldn't come to conclusion.so called famous doctor manjunath shastri killed my mom.and he didn't treat properly! We went to other hospital and later they diagnosed with cancer after 1 year we couldn't save her.money diggers

I am really unhappy about the service which i received on 20th march 2019. I went to the HCG double road branch for discussion with Senior Dr (with out patient). Only for the consultation (include rs 300 for registration) they charge total 2800 rupees. Which is unexpected and pathetic. Before consulting also I asked several times to the receptionist what will be the charge, they said its not much doctor will decide don't worry and after getting the bill i get shocked. Please check the attached bill.
My suggestion is instead of grabbing money like this they might can fix some consultation charge and inform the patient party before consulting. So that if they cant effort they can stop.
I would request the higher authority please look into the matter.

N. B Good will cannot be achieve overnight but it may can loose
