Horrible service, i request everyone please donot open account with hdfc very veryyy bad infact worst bank it is, accounts got blocked visited branch and they told it will take 7 days which is fake assurance no update for long it's been 20days now still they couldn't unblock my normal salary account.pathetic they don't care with wht there cx is going through.if u cannot maintain good service for cx then shut all ur hdfc banks bledy it's no where useful for one banking with u.

Worst branch I never seen like this branch, they are not responding properly they didn't even the correct procedure

UNHAPPY WITH THIS BRANCH.

The lady who was sitting in 'may i help" staff doesnt know how to behave with customer. Unprofessional, she is not ready to listen customer problems, not sure where to escalate. If someone guides me through social media that would be really great.
SHE IS SITTING THERE TO FIGHT WITH CUSTOMERS AND NOT TO HELP

The lady who is in reception counter is not ready to listen to the customer and give them the solution, She is behaving rudely and she is agressive against the customer. The way she spoke and behaved with us is really bad and she is not ready to speak with my personal banker even though the person banker is waiting in the call. She is not ready to tell her name to inform about her to the person banker, manager needs to look in theis kind of issues by the staff.

Avoid at all costs. All I wanted was to close my bank Acc and credit card since I'm relocating. The lady at the counter was quite rude and kept ignoring my questions and basically told me it's not her problem that I'd like to close a bank account which is linked to a credit card. I'm not sure what I as a customer can do here. She told me I'd have to go to MG Road Branch since that's where my Acc is held and even then it will take a min of 7 days for cc closure then Acc closure. I asked her if I can fill the forms there and they can send it across to the MG Road Branch and quite rudely she said no, she won't be sending my forms. Terrible staff and awful attitude.

Guess what! I did go to the MG Road HDFC branch. They were polite, patient and didn't treat me like garbage. The person behind the counter took my request, delinked my cc and too closure request for both. I was out in 10 mins and was treated with respect. Shows you that this particular branch staff desperately needs training in basic etiquette and manners!

Very worst manager. Very rude enough in speaking with the customers. I do respect the position of him.but I do believe that he doesn't have any maaners. I hope I could give zero star For them.

Worst experience, Employees are useless, especially Nagaraj, he don't know the process only, i don't know how he got the job.

Not responsible people at the branch. One should avoid their services and find a better branch.

Cheater bank, cheater manager, cheater employees.

One I went to hdfc bank to make a fb and inquire about mutual fund. I was a fresh out of college and did not had much experience abot functionality of banks. I trusted hdfc so went ahead on what they said. They sold me hdfc life pro growth plus a non performing ULIP product saying that it doubles principal in 5yearsand never informed about the charges. It's been 4 years, sensex rolled 50% while I have a negative return. Complained about the foul practices but no one heard me.
Disappointed.

Good service received from Jahanara M, at the welcome desk. She is very helpful and kind to help with some bank formalities.

A WORD OF CAUTION!

Please avoid opening an account or even asking queries at this branch. All the employees who sit here are highly incompetent, unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Had a bad experience where one of the so called personal banker (Mr. Riyaz MK) (photo attached) had the audacity to use abusive words and threaten me, who is a customer. Have never come across such an unprofessional person. The surpring fact is that the other employees also supported him. Although the branch manager Ms. Sheeba was helpful. This branch is a disasterous one. Avoid it at all cost.

The level to which hdfc has gone down is appaling.

P. S - the ATM machine at this branch is not handled by the branch. Any error or technical difficulty due to which your transaction fails, the branch wouldn't take responsibility and claim that it's handled by a third party.
