Very bad experience
My account was blocked I went to the branch firstly they don't event get what was the issue later one guy understood what was the issue
They asked me to bring documents
Next day i went with documents and but they declined to proceed and reason was that they don't have biometric device
Then I went to another branch where they took my documents and signature and then done
There were no need of any device at all
