I booked an appointment 1st time
900 and 1100 was the service cost I chose 900.they wre lik ur new so 1100 is the charges again I told ok fyn ill to online phone pe again thy wre lik giv in cash els again we will charge 18 tax extra.nvr experienced such thing anywhere

Very bad experience I had here, i dont know how they wash patch, i am using new patch first two service was very good at different place but 3rd service here is like nightmere also most of the workers are inexperienced, they will charge GST but will not give proper bill, there staff will say less service cost and manager will increase at the time of billing, very dissapointed with the service, even now my hair patch is not fixed near Hairline tape is visible nothing is properly covered, I am regretting why i choose this place.

Worst service and not worth the money, go for other studios, headz service is worst! No neatness not even the surroundings are neat! High cost but worse experience!

Today, I came at 6.40 pm to the kalyani nagar branch as it is closed at 7pm. I asked for service they were telling service is closed at 6pm. I saw that all the technicians are chit chatting and reception team is telling that before 5.30 pm, every customer need arrive otherwise they can't provide the service. I felt very bad and I will not recommended to anyone to Heads.

Feedback for HEADZ Marathahalli branch:

1. I am facing issue with technician from 3 months, shows an attitude, not responding for our query, we should adjust to his language, not wearing covid safety which is given by Headz.

2. No ventilation (air flow/ fresh air) at inside sevice area from day 1, kept AC but will not switch ON as they tell it's not working.

3. No providing bill after payment from day 1.4. Increasing 200rs at covid time but service process is less, even we agree in covid time service is available, doesn't mean to collect higher amount for less work and facilities.

5. No warm/hot water for head washing, they tell geyser is not working.

6. Not properly cleaning gum at service time (even similar before covid).

I hope it will be taken seriously which is happening, not only for me even other customers were told same there.

One of the best of best hair solutions centre I love the people working in this branch and special thanks to asif I love your servicei have been visiting for 3 years now and I don't hve any problems with this branch.

Very poor service, technicians dont have experience, they are using local quality systems and glue which brings allergies on the head, highly not recommended

My suggestion is please don't visit this place in case your going for hair bonding maintenance, they will really spoil your system with in just 2 sittings and the life of the system which has to be for 1 year going here will come down to less than 6months.out of exp I am suggesting

I have done hair bonding 4 months ago. Over all a great experience. They have very good service and staff, Specially the guy Mr. Junaid. Its been 4 months m going for services. Junaid is so perfect in his work, i have never faced any issues till date. Infact he is recently moved to banashankari branch and i have to go so far to get my service done by him. I would request headz management to bring that guy back to kalyan nagar head office.

Kudos to you Mr. Junaid. Keep up the good work.

Had a wonderful experience. The staff was co-operative and totally honest about the kind of product they were selling according to my requirements. There was no misguiding by the staff.

Service is good. Technicians are skilled and nice.

I found consulting lady not worth. 3days back, for monofilament hair system she quoted 30k, where as technicians said its 15k. Better have a Check on the communication.

Also, they clean system with kerosene in the service instead of IPA. That's too smelly and cheap.

I was condemned for having baldness and I was afraid of doing transplantation because I heard there is huge side effects on doing it so, but I was referred this place by my friend Sunil who is happy customer of headz and finally I'm living a happy Life I would refer a lot of balded friends who are looking for a better and happy life

They swapped my hair patch, when I raised my concern they straight away denied it, later confirmed it never happened, for a last try I raised my concern while getting a service, guess what! They swapped it again and this is worst than previous one, regardless of how much you pay they are going to swap yours with some one else and they will also have the audocity to ask you to buy a new one! Just pathetic

Kishore and Christopher from HeadZ are the most unprofessional people in this organization. Soon this organization will close the shop if these two guys continue to work here. Very unethical and very unprofessional.

My Sincere advice to all, worst place for hair bonding or related services.so unprofessional.they cut my ear while hair cutting. Blood was not stopping, after applying ointment & band-aid it stopped some how.on 17th Dec 2018 i visited for maintenance of my silicon bonding.they demanded 1000 rs. (400rs.more then my earlier place).
after washing my Head.still patches of dry gum was ther.when i told that guy he was telling that is dandruff.
Funny thing is they don't feel guilty & unprofessional way.only demand money.who will pay for doctor visiting fee? !
