I have been using their products for a decade now and continue to do so. They are trustworthy individuals who offer excellent, genuine organic produce. Their fruit range, especially watermelon, is incredibly sweet; an experience you won't find anywhere else.

Been using HB for 4 yrs now. Now even if I buy veggies in the market for a change I can clearly see and even smell the difference. The bananas, bhindi and other green veggies are some of the best

Living in Goa, and not having access to good authentic organic vegetables had been a big challenge until I came across Healthy Buddha. Quite like the variety and most importantly the quality they offer.

One of the cleanest and most authentic brands I've come across. Everything you get here tastes amazing and leaves you feeling nourished.

What I really like about HB is their genuine attitude. They are upfront about what to expect and if something is off, they immediately refund or replace when pointed out.also quite happy with their quality of greens and veggies. Most importantly, I am able to give my daughter fruits without removing their skin for a change.

This supplier charges a lot of money for their products but the quality is not good. I got spoiled garlic and bad bananas from them. They are not very professional and usually deliver in the evenings. They also charge an extra fee of 40 rupees on top of their already expensive prices. I don't recommend them to anyone because they seem to care more about making money than providing good service. They are charging 349 rupees for a white pumpkin (ash guard), which is much more expensive than other places where it costs only 30 rupees. It's kind of funny, actually.

Have always had a great experience buying organic produce from healthy buddha. I really like their authenticity and simplicity. Incase of any issues, i drop them a note, and it typically gets resolved within 1 day. Keep up the good work guys)

Very Happy! I am purchasing Healthybuddha organic food products like vegetables, fruits, groceries and healthy snacks items from last 6 months and all the products are fresh and I get on time delivery to my home. Thanks Healthy Buddha team for giving us a naturally grown and Healthy food products.

I have been ordering with Healthy Buddha for a long time. The vegetables and fruits were excellent and customer service was also great. But in the recent past few orders either the fruits are over ripe (consuming becomes tough) or there is a mismatch with the information. When I do raise concerns the reply I get is vague. I am not too happy with their overall service recently and paying 2x the price or more is not worthy. May not order again and it’s sad to let a practise of many years go because their service is pathetic.

Not sure about their products but pathetic and rowdy drivers for their tata ace. Had an incident inside Brigade Metropolis and driver was threatening wearing healthy buddha tshirt. He parked on the road right behind my parked car and didnt move even honked multiple times.even secrurity requested him to move the vehicle parked on the road and he is rude with thim as well.no civility. What an arrogant bunch selling in the name of organic.

HB has improved now in delivery and order management.
Earlier had repeated missed delivery. Not dependable. Staff least bothered, nor any corrective measures taken.

Healthy Buddha for us has been amazing. We get delivered fresh and tasty fruits, veg, atta, dal and all sorts, anything you wish for is there. The selection is great, the staff are friendly and helpful and the app works well too. I would definitely recommend anyone to use it as the produce is all organic and delicious. Thank you so much. I've been their customer for past 7 years. Their consistency in quality and service have been top notch.

Ordering from them now and then. Must have ordered around 10 times minimum. My previous order was very disappointing. The strawberries had grown fungus (more than half of them) in under a day of being kept in the refrigerator. Beets were so small, like toy ones. Lettuce was close to getting yellow. This is not what you expect when you place an expensive order from an organic store! Time to find some other store I guess. Absolutely no consistency from the store! Not recommended.

Placed my first order last week. Everything was super fresh except for my spinach. I ordered two bunches and one of them came with heavy infested leaves but I guess that’s telling there has been no chemicals sprayed on them, which is good. However, I do hope the selection of the leaves can be monitored a bit and hence deliver comparatively lesser infested ones or reduce those numbers in a bunch. But overall very happy with the experience. Way to go HB!

I visit the office frequently and try some samples out, all of it was EPIC!

Just horrible! Was happy to discover a place for my healthy diet requirements. My second order with them, I had ordered bajra and jowar puffs along with many other things. To my horror bajra puffs were infested with so many worms. I just couldn't keep their other products after that and on messaging with the videos of worms the guy chatting on WhatsApp was simply unapologetic about it saying that it's because the products are organic. God knows how many worms we had already consumed with their breads, cakes and desserts. The guy seemed reluctant for the complete refund too I had to eventually make a number of calls in order to avail the same. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!

Healthy Buddha's fresh produce makes me feel to have veggies raw, they are as delicious as they look. Won't find smell as they are genuinely organic. I feel happy, satisfied when i order my vegetables with healthy Buddha. Go for it people, they are worth it!

Have been ordering from past 4 to 5 years. 99% of the times, products delivered are of good quality. If expectation is not met, one can return it back and get refund. Customer support is good and reachable. Clearly one can see the difference in taste with HB products.

Loved all the products and unique options available here, super quality. Healthy buddha is not just an organic food store, they are so much more. The passion with which they educate and send emails on different harms of not using organic products, the care they have for their farmers and employees - its all so heart warming to see. I had the chance to also go to a farm visit by Healthy Buddha and connect upfront with the farmers and the owner Gautham and I can safely say it is one of the most authentic and genuine companies I have come across.

Made us go in circles for weeks to get a product refund, treated us like some kind of liar trying to get money off you. Eventually we stopped following up, "Healthy" Buddha kept our money and you lost a customer who was ordering from you weekly.

I was regularly ordering for vegetables, fruits and other many items from Healthy Buddha. Now I shifted my residence from Bangalore. Since then I am missing their fresh and tasty items, specially fruits and vegetables.

We r very happy to get fresh organic fruits and vegetables from Healthy Buddha. Vegetables and fruits never got spoiled and the dishes made with veggies r too good. I've been ordering food from HB for close to 6 years now. Their quality of produce is top-notch. I learnt what real good produce looks like after ordering fruits and vegetables from HB.
They procure organic+seasonal produce from trusted sources. I've discovered so many new varieties of fruits and vegetables from Healthy Buddha.
If there is one word which i had to use for Healthy Buddha it is - TRUST. Trust is a major issue when it comes to organic produce. There is a very fine-line between industrial organic which you get in every other shop vs the authentic organic which is not easy to find. Healthy Buddha does a fantastic job here in ensuring the produce is indeed organic as they procure it from trusted sources, do periodic checks and ensure quality of the product.
I've absolutely no complaints at all - seamless order process using website or app, ample delivery slots available, delivery is done on time, delivery executives are super nice, customer support is great in case you have any issues and the produce anyways has no complaints. This is an example of how a small business should run.

Fresh organic produce, especially the leafy greens. The green grapes is superlative in taste. Reasonably priced grocery as well, in comparison to other organic brands.

The best place to buy organic stuffs in Banglore.be it veges, fruits, grocery, snacks every stuff is very good.
Their staff is also very very polite.

Earlier, though they were very expensive, they were not compromising with quality. Recently, carrot and honey were ordered and we had a terrible experience. Branded Honey like 24 and Himalayan are any day better than Healthy Buddha.
Whenever you raise a quality issue, they have a standard reply, which sounds like silly excuses.

It is the worst nightmare with healthy budha. They are selling cheap third class rejected items in the name of organic food. Please don't be fooled by them. They sell old stock of groud but and many items as organic. I generally fou do all the organic sellers sell very high quality food.tbis people, are a real cheaters. Please do not fall in their trap. It is a real trap.

One of the best quality produce is delivered from here. I have not stepped out of the house in the last one year to buy vegetables or fruits. Healthy Buddha has home delivered good quality produces and helped me and my family remain safe in the Covid times.

I've been ordering groceries, personal care items and home gardening supplies from Healthy Buddha for the past 3 years. Have been a regular customer for many many years but off lately the quality and service has dipped to very low standards. Many times the order is messed up, you have to follow up on refunds and recently I ordered some cookies but received the box post the expiration date.don’t trust their authenticity anymore

I have been purchasing my produce from HB for the last 5 years and I now buy 90% of my household produce (including cleaning items) from them and I can not say enough good things about their products or their service! Everything from the fruits and vegetables through to the oils, ghee, paneer - are all just such wonderful products. Been a HB fan for almost 3years. I can vouch for its authenticity.if you do not plan and utilize the week you have bought them, it will rotten and that excatly is how fresh produce works. I'm glad to find this gem in Bangalore. I've converted a lot of my friends and everyone is happy feeding their family good food.
A quick preview into the past with HB. Ive been to their farm when my daughter was just few months old.and that was approx 2yrs back.there I saw how organically each veggies were produced.
And the second point was where they deserved all standing ovation! They were there to deliver veggies and fruits when the whole country was under a lockdown due to covid outbreak.they still delivered and a lot of us had food in our plate thanks to Gautham and his team!
Definitely sticking around this team for each thing they have to offer under their wing.

Pulses were infested with worms and had stones. I informed them about it and told them that I don’t want to buy further from them. Also, wrote email seeking refund of my balance I had parked in their account. They returned 79 Rs for the pulses having stone. Haven’t refunded my account balance yet (Rs 530 approx) and have stopped responding to my emails.

Absolutely unprofessional and bad quality of products. Please don’t buy from them. If I am not getting my refund back, I am planning to file a complaint in consumer forum.

Delivery is really bad. I have mostly got things delivered next day. So order in advance. I am still stuck with them due to the quality. Trust me extremely good quality veg and fruits.

I’ve had a very bad experience with respect to healthy Buddha. Worms in so many of their packed products. I haven’t got a favourable response even after multiple complaints. They have declined to take back the items and refused to give a refund.
Hence I have chosen to write here to warn all you consumers who in good faith are willing to pay more for so called organic food with the hope that you’ll get a good product. Beware!

I then spoke to Anurag who after multiple attempts of reaching out to him said he would have someone look into it. Ofcourse it then took 3 months!
Surprisingly no one from your company even bothered to call and check as to why this customer is so harassed. I’m sure that’s not how customer service is perceived at your place, however small or big your company is.
Also, pls note that I had a credit balance of 7000/- in my wallet, the refund status of which still hasn’t been shared with me.
Now do let me know if I have a valid reason to cry! I would have never come to this forum if your team would have closed looped my issue.

My first order and I am so disappointed. Ridge gourd is hard as rock. I returned the cabbage looking at its condition. This order was not worth paying a 30 - 40% more over local prices.

Worst experience of ordering Vegetables online. My cauliflower had so many crawling insects that it was beyond the scope of boiling or cleaning them. Cabbage was equally bad and half of the carrots were already rotten. Green chillies were not fresh at all and were dried out already and lady fingers were so fat and hard, could not cook them properly as well. Leave organic, the veggies were in a state which I discard at first look in the vegetables market when I personally go for shopping. This was my first and probably the last experience with healthy buddha. Completely ruined my expectations.

Visited HB store in Marathahalli. Very responsive people and got some fresh greens which I've been searching for more than a month in local markets of Bangalore.

I have been using their customer past 2+ years. Most of the products genuine organic. Some issue we often see 1) some items wont be there in delivery, they dont have proactive way of refunding the money. We have to check each item every time. Delivery person don't bother about that. 2) Not a good customer service. 3) They always deliver unriped fruits, we have to keep for 4/5 days to get ripe. Especially papaya they deliver never ripes, few time we throwed away, now stopped ordering that. These need to be improved.

I was initially excited to try healthy buddha and loved their items. Now I have completly stopped ordering from them due the mess they create in delivery. Not once everytime it happened in the recent past when I ordered. Still I have not got a refund for the items not delivered in the previous delivery. If this kind of service continues they are going to loose their customers.

I have been a customer for long time. The onion and snake guard quality is bad 30% of the time. Totally messed up deliveries. 20% Items missing from the Order in almost 80% of the deliveries and they inform the missing item on the day of delivery (Due to Quality issues in the farm we are not able to deliver few items). This happened for me even in the express delivery. Not Organized and Taking Customers for granted. Please don't be sorry and reply for this. If you are really taking the feedback seriously, do an analysis on my orders and tell me if am wrong.

My first experience itself disappointing, I ordered some green leaf, if you dont have it, you need to return the money, instead of delivering what you have. Also the products should be in good quality, we pay more money because its organic, you need to value our money.i would not suggest to any of my friends.

I have been subscribing Healthy Buddha for the last 4 years. Unfortunately the quality of their products has deteriorated recently. I see that they started mixing lot of weeds inside the bunch of coriander to fool the customers. When inquired their casual reply is that it must have been done by the farm! If farm can do all such manipulations, then what is the guarantee that we are getting organic products? You guys need to enforce strict quality control measure before claiming that you are selling organic products for a price of 3 to 5 times the market value.

Good products.but have been receiving emails for non payment where inspite of attaching my payment details.they still do not bother to check the payment confirmation and continue to send annoying emails for non payment

Unprofessional delivery with missing items and never responded on credit dispute on order 203612. They still need to understand client servicing

Best vegetables in years & a2 desi cow milk is very good, too. HB offers Healthy alternatives & and is an overall brilliant initiative.

As one of the early customers of their online store, i have seen them grow stronger and better in terms of product quality, product availability, delivery of orders and customer service. My orders on healthybuddha site were ad hoc initially but as they improved on the above aspects mentioned, I became their store's regular customer.

What i like about healthybuddha:
- the fresh leafy greens are really fresh (i have stopped ordering green leafy vegetables from anywhere else).
- the grocery items are of superior quality and have the feel of Organic produce whereever the product description mentions so.
- the healthy breakfast and snack options are varied and I do make it a point to try out the new options that they keep adding to their list. I am not yet disappointed with a single order in this category.
- the customer service is prompt and do try to accommodate requests related to orders.
- returns. I like their return policy. They have refunded the amount one or two times when I have not been happy with the product quality. But these have been really rare moments considering the number of years, I have been ordering from here.

What I feeel can be better:
- certain products are way pricey - honey specially (guess the store has its reasons. Would request to have smaller packaging for such high priced items as it becomes difficult to take a decision with a lingering thought that it might not turn out to my liking.
- packaging. I hope they get rid of plastic packaging as much as possible.

I would highly recommend healthybuddha based on my personal experience of shopping on this online store. It has been quite a convenient way of shopping for someone like me who is quality conscious about the grocery and fruit/vegetable items.

Orders are not delivered even after ordering 2 days in advance. Very pathetic customer service. Call are put on hold when asked tough questions.
