I had been with my father today for a check up. I got an appointment for 4: 30 p.m hoping to see the ent doctor. We could meet only the audiologist and were asked to come back post 6: 30 p.m. As I had taken a senior citizen with me, I didn't want to come multiple times due to the present covid situation. There was no clarity given regarding 'tests' that we need to do, since I was going for the very first time (when I took the appointment). The receptionist soumya was extremely rude and insensitive to our concerns. She was neither willing to listen to us nor comforting or apologizing. As we could not come back later the evening, we went to another ent clinic in the vicinity. We miss out on good doctors due to such insensitive and unprofessional receptionists. Request the concerned authorities to take suitable action. Thank you.
When I called first time and fixed an appointment, they said senior audiologist (expecting 40 plus aged person since they mentioned senior) will attend you, it was for my dad who is 85 yrs old and had hearing issue from last 5 years. One Mr. Nikhil. J attended my dad, you know what we got addicted to his patience, an young chap (this generation kid) having soooo much patience when handling my dad was fabulous. Got admired. The way he explained the process and the way he treated my dad was out of words. Nikhil hats off Keep up ur good job. U r extremely professional. All d very best.
