We had a very helpful audiologist Mr. Sohail who patiently tested (audiometry), and spoke to my father, guided him, explained, and finally installed my father's hearing device. We had very very positive experience with Sohail Sayad from Hearing Health care clinic.

He came for home visit and patiently explained all the options that they had. He spent more than hour with so much patient explaining the details of each option. After putting the different kind of hearing aid

Mr. Sohail from the hearing clinic visited us at home and conducted hearing tests on my father. He explained the details of my father's hearing loss and the available brands and variants of hearing aids, and recommended the right one based on various factors. The fitment of the hearing aid happened today and Mr. Sohail patiently explained all the features of the device, service intervals, warranty etc. I found Mr. Sohail to be very courteous and diligent in his work, and would be happy to recommend him to others who might be suffering from hearing issues.

I met Mr. Sohail, on 6th of March 2021 at his center on magadi road bangalore. When I walked into his center, I was depressed (my Audiometer test said that there was a moderate hearing loss) I was depressed and frustrated. After spending 20 mins with Mr Sohail I'm happy to remove the 2 words used earlier that is depressed and frustrated. I'm 56yr old person writing and making an honest and frank opinion in stating that he told me the reality of the situation and boosted my confidence levels, he was not like a business man and gave an honest opinion about my problem and refused to take any money for all the time given to me. I wish to see more people of integrity like Mr Sohail in all walks of life.

Visited the center, dedicated team of hearing professionals with hearing aid expertise services to people with hearing impairment and great service.

Very poor response. My husband purchased a new hearing aid and gave his existing one for repair. This is going to be close to a month now and they have not processed either. Struggling through hearing issues while trying to lead a normal life seems to be lost on them. If you foresee delays, there should be communication at the least. Deeply disappointed with their services and zero compassion towards a disability

It was indeed a good experience having visitedHearing and health care. As a thorough professional and a soft spoken person, Mr. Arshad looked tailor-made for the profession. He is very concerned about his patients and values professional ethics. I wish him good health and may God add glitter to his cheerful disposition, which is so very essential for his chosen job.
