Afterer a very bad experience of giving my Phonak ear ring aid for service in Rajajinagar who said that I have to spend rs12000 for repair.

I had a very good experience at the clinic on my first two visits. The audiologist Mr Midhun is quite experienced and explains clearly to the patient. Even the front office staff are courteous. Overall it has been a satisfying experience.

My right Phonak ear equipment that I had got in US was not working, the left one was working less optimal, and the US office recommended I get new ones. The clinic sent both of them to their repair center. They were able to repair the left right away, and waited till I got them the serial no.for the right, then repaired it. I found the audiologist Mr Midhun very capable, taking my ear measurements, and adjusting the repaired equipments accordingly, patiently clarifying all my queries. I am proud to say that the clinic was able to repair both of my equipments including the casing, thereby saving me the high cost of new equipments. I would strongly recommend the clinic to anyone needing hearing aid services!

We had went for screening our 3 months old baby, Mr. Midhun was really patient and very dedicated in managing the kid and really appreciate his kid handling skill. He is good knowledgeable and experienced hand.
