We visited Hearing World for my mother, Dr Tanuja is very good, she explained about hearing issue and was patient throughout. We are happy with all her suggestions. She visited our home and explained about the hearing aid patiently with all the details. Happy with overall experience.

We had requested for a home visit to my grandparents, Thanuja obliged immediately. I visited Hearing World HSR to get my mothers hearing checked and get an appropriate hearing aid. I am so happy that i decided to go there. Ms Thanuja is very kind, spends time with her patients, listens to their problem and provides a solution. She is very quick in conducting audiometry and recommending a hearing aid. My mother was very comfortable visiting her. Also she was kind enough to re program my old device purchased long ago. Overall i am very satisfied with her service and her caring nature. The hearing aid has been malfunctioning from the time it was brought and and now after 2 years of multiple visit to and fro they say the device is OOW and asking to buy a new pair of device. How can they expect us to invest another 1Lakh with in 2 years ridiculous service.

From long time I was not happy with the hearing aid I was using. Mr sangamesh suggested me to try phonak hearing aid which helped me in listening to music, calls and in meetings. The hearing aid were also in affordable price and there follow up services is also good.

I had visited blr for a week and I was looking for a invisible hearing aid. Thanks to them they tested and got the hearing aids done. It's been 3 months since iam using it and they are very comfortable and no one can tell that iam using a hearing aid it's fully invisible.

Had a good experience. Can get the cheapest heating aids with good guidance and with good quality too. Audiologist is knowledgable and gave good guidance.
