Although my review may be outdated since my bad experience was a while back, I would still say: Let yourself not be fooled by appearances. Absolutely NOT a "HIDDEN GEM". Just another deceitful buisness with a corrupt manager. The place serves below average, stale food and lies about offers.

10/10 would NOT visit again.

I would give it a 0 if that were an option. Make the lives of people simpler and leave, you'll be saving yourselves the trouble and time.

Gud place to hangout with friends or family, Great ambiance, great on time service, would love to visit soon again.

One the best places in Bangalore i've been in.

Utterly useless place.
Went there at 8: 30 PM. Main Course was served at 10: 30 PM. Food is meh. Service is godforsaken. Save your dime, save your time and save your mood. Avoid it.

I loved the place because it is the only place which had an Open Mic session on Saturday. Loved performing there, crowd was extremely supportive, also liked the food and the ambience. Must visit for all:)

Really good place with good food. Lots of space, but service was a bit slow. Various events keep happening

Went on a Saturday evening ambiance was good. Ordered veg nachos, paneer makhmali and veg burger all of which was tasty. Valet parking was available

Been to this place on Saturday had an wonderful experience for the night live music was melody to the ears. F&B was upto the mark. Must recommended place to visit if you are in HSR. Ambience is breathtaking.

Yes, I was heartbroken. Apart from the brewed beer nothing much that I could say was to my liking. Overall the food quality needs a lot of improvement. Scope for improvement for sure. Will be revisting only if there is free food and drinks:)

I have served my own plates spoon.ordered chicken nuggets and fish finger had to wait for 2 hrs and after a literally begging got paneer tikka. Menu is just a show here.if want to eat, ask them to get whatever they want.

Good ambiance and palatable food options. They have good musicals and applaudable hospitality. Despite being in a busy street, the place is moderate crowded. Drinking options are nice, need to work a bit with bloody marry. I would visit again with my gang

This place won my heart contrary to its name.it didn't disappoint or break my heart:)

On my first visit to this pub on Saturday, loved the open mic and food. Place is quite spacious so I decided celebrate my son's second bday @HB following week on 26thJan'19

1) Amazing food!
Best North Indian Dilli style food I ever had in HSR. Vegdragon roll, Dal Makhani and Kadai paneer are must try from veg and Mutton seekh/Chicken lollypop/Chicken tikka masala from Nonveg.

2) Open mic and DJ just blend with Ambience

3) Staff very courteous. Rajesh and Maya who were excellent in service

4) Location - in heart of HSR, 27th Main

Hats off to Nayata who is owner and star if this place.was present throughout the event.very good, friendly and catered to our requiremts promptly.

Best way to spoil the Valentine's Day
- Not enough staff to handle crowd
- Very rude behaviour of waiter (not all)
- No one is free to take your order, after waiting almost 45 mins given order on counter
- Well it won't end there, you have have to follow up 3-4 times and then you have to wait for order for another 30-45 mins.

The place, the vibe, the staff and ambience is very nice. But we faced some issues with the quality of chicken served to us. Once the chicken was stale and once it was undercooked. But the vegetarian option - chili paneer was very spicy.
So kind of mixed reviews for this place.

Had a ball of a time here. Despite being located on busy street where there are multiple options, the place was crowded.

Visited Heart breaker restaurant for dinner. Delicious food, positive atmosphere, waiters were attentive and great service.
Overall was great experience with family and friends.

Open mic on Saturday nights are very good. They don't have prosecco in their drink options but otherwise the offering is pretty wide. It's on 4 storeys so that helps with ample space. It's not as crowded as other pubs

While the place is trendy and attracts a young crowd, they had a random karaoke night going on which wasn't great.they weren't set up by even 9 PM and they were doing it as people strolled in.the audio quality was bad.people sitting where we were couldn't hear the singer on the mic ten feet away.add to this that the bartender had to make our LIIT thrice and the Chicken Nachos had dry chilli powder on top of it, and well, the experience was less than savory.

Good ambience and food for an after office group outing. Was a part of an Open mic event while traveling to Bangalore. They also have a good live music scene and would love to be a part of another event soon!

It is a new place, with good ambience, the food and drinks are pretty much fine, the dj needs to change rest everything is perfect for an evening outing.
Also they need to setup restrooms and smoking zone on every floor, much needed.

Decent food and drinks. Doesn't have very appealing ambiance. Hosts open mics and live performances.
