I was a employee worked honestly sold 38 flats gave a business of crores was supposed to get balance incentive of 3 lakhs.the company cheated of our hard earned money.unprofessional people.

I had very very bad experience with their project.
Especially on Hebron Avenue.
Booked falt in 2018 and still today 2022 it is in dilaoma by when they will get completed and not sure we will get our flats or not.
All the staff including the management team also not at all good in giving the response to customer.
No progress update no further guarantee after booking flat. Sales team always try to grab the customer by telling all the lies as much as they sold the flats. Once after that they will show stars moon sun and entire oribitary to the customer.
At the end of day customer has to suffer alot to follow up paying emi intrest and rent amount both the side financial issues.

One word don't go in trap from these guys.
None of their project got completed on time and no further guarantee by when they handover or not.

Currently fighting multiple legal cases. Even though I've got a court order on one, i'm yet to see a single paisa being paid back to my account. The sweet talk stops once your money goes into their account. Please do yourself a favour and find a better builder that respects the work you put into raise cash for a dream home. Hebron are true scam artists.

I had cancelled my booking in the month of June beginning and the marketing representative sent an email to the accounts, I have been sending reminders for last couple of weeks and have not received any reply ever since. What is happening!? #hebron #fraud

I gave a lakh as a booking amount for Hebron avenue property. I was told I ll be given complete refund if I cancel. I cancelled 110 days back, to give my refund these guys were saying rera is holding my funds and this and that. They initially sent me an email saying they will refund in 60 days. It’s going to be 120 days still these guys have not refunded. I doubt if these guys are genuine. Pls be careful before any money is given to these guys. Finally after so much run around I got my refund on 27th Sept 2019.

I know Hebron Properties is a leading developer in Bangalore. Has anyone booked Hebron Avenue apartment? I see that they claim its 75% booked but not sure about it. Can someone point me to the right people or get me some references on this. One of my cousin wanted to buy a flat there and they say that many of the units he was looking are almost booked. So not sure if this is the right information or not.

Worked for 2 years +. Nice environment and learnt so many new things.
